良くなかったとは思わないですが、少し照明が暗めなところと雨が降った時などは階段で上がるのが大変かなと思いました

初めてアパートタイプのホテルに宿泊してとても楽しかったです。 なんとお部屋には珍しくバルコニーがあり、 キッチン用具もありとても広いお部屋でした。 部屋もとても綺麗でした。 設備の欄にはキッチン用具とあるのですが、 何があるのか分からないので宿で自炊することってなかなかないし行ってあるものででかるものをつくろうと思ってキッチン用具拝見したところ、 フライパンとお鍋とお玉とフライ返しと包丁と菜ばしがキッチン用具としてありました。 1泊だけどホテルで自炊できることなんてなかなかないぞと思い自炊したい～と思って近くのスーパーで食材を買って自炊しました。 スーパーは歩いて500mくらいのところに信号を渡ったらすぐあるので利便よいです。 私は一泊で1人だったので一泊一人で使い切れる食材と調味料を買って料理がなかなか難しかったのですが連泊だったらかなり食事代も浮かせれるし私のようにホテルで自炊できるというのを楽しむのにも良いと思います。

大変良かったのですが周りが交通量や人通りも結構ありますので 車の音と人の声など気になる人は気になるかもしれません。 私は爆睡しましたので問題ありませんでした。

前もって宿泊者情報を登録してたのにチェックインに時間がかかる。入口が狭すぎる。部屋が暗い。調理器具が汚くて調理する気も失せた。2泊目のタオルも言わないと貰えないし、枚数が足りなかった。

安いのに広々宿泊出来て快適過ぎました。 また来る時は利用させてもらおうかと思います。

ベッドサイドにコンセントが欲しいです。

Without notifying me how to get the room key before I arrive. The host does not speak English.

AC was on when we arrived, thank you. Staff helped with check-in process. Hotel is near PayPay Dome.

No elevators. Check-in was confusing.

It was really comfortable and a good size. I was only there one night but there’s a kitchen so it’s be great for a longer stay in the city.

The bathroom door is a bit see through.

It was very difficult to get the key to the room I reserved. I have to talk with the the property owner who could not speak in English. So I had an awfully hard time to get the key to the room.

Super market close. Kitchen utensils. Balcony. Amazon prime.

Lots of stairs. I had a big luggage and my apartment was on the 3 floor.. no elevator. The check in process was quite confusing and problematic. No contact person at the building. No bidet function.

Two windows were covered with curtains but a third large window was not. Why? Too much light. And the traffic on the road outside is too loud. Not for light sleepers.

I'm a bit mixed about how to review this place. Given the circumstances, I probably would not book again (see below). But, the owner gave me a full refund for the issues, which I guess makes everything fine? For a free stay, it's excellent. For the amount I was going to pay, not so much. Friendly owner, tried to fix the issues.

- Check-in process took extremely long, at least 30 minutes. I had taken a red-eye, was very tired and unhappy about this. Language barrier, remote check-in with a screen talking to someone on the other side who was typing everything into a translation app. Started typing really irrelevant information, all I wanted to do was get my key and sleep. I asked if all of that info could be sent in a message or email, and finally I got the key. I feel sorry for the people behind me, the customer behind me had to wait for me to finish, and the next one in line probably had to wait at least an hour before checking in. Really bad system. - Hot shower didn't work, would get the hot water for a minute or two. Repeatedly told owner who came by to fix it a few times. Each time he fixed it, it would work, but by the time I had to shower, it didn't. A professional finally came to take a look 4 days into my stay (out of 6 nights) - Far from the train station, ~10-15 minutes walk. Takes some time to get into the city center. - No cooking ingredients like oil, salt, soy sauce. Travelers don't usually bring these, so it's a bit inconvenient to not have these items provided. - 200 yen tax per person per day, so it's actually a lot more expensive than what you pay for (if you're multiple people and staying for multiple days)

Really good value, kitchenette and quiet street

The guy servicing the coin operated hotel tax machine was very kind as to loan me coins to pay the tax because the machine wouldn't take card payments and at the seaport they weren't accepting US dollars at the money changer for that particular day. The guy told me the banks were all closed because of the public holiday. He said I could only do foreign exchange at the airport. Anyway, I paid him back when I checked out the next day, dropping the coins in the key return box with the room keys. This hotel room was great value for money and the room design was very nice for a relaxing holiday feel. This has been my second vacation in Japan. Last time I was in Tokyo and two nearby provinces, so I have an idea of what to expect in Japan. The location is also really convenient and just a short walk from the subway line leading to the airport.

I was disappointed that I couldn't book more than one night because they sold out quick, that's how good this place is; they seem to have earnt a popular reputation for their great service.

Comfortable bed, clean place

No bidet. Difficult to check-in because the staff does not speak English.

Location of the property, close to many parks and reasonable walking distance to subway. Way to property is flat and paved so NP hauling 20kg of luggage there. Deco around the living/sleeping area is smart and functional. Quiet neighbourhood to experience Japanese life.

Not enough selving to lay things out. Dated bathroom (not bidet bowl which I consider a Japanese culture that shall be experienced). Insufficing lighting where the desk is. Please install LED light tube above the desk/sitting area to facilitate working at night. Another one above the side window frame will help too. A proper working desk? Removing the single bad in living area for futons will certainly free up the space for many possibilities but... Air-purifier/humidifer is missing too. No anti-septic spray.

Bed was comfortable also there’s basic kitchenette so you can cook if you want to. Convenience store is about 3 minutes walking and bus stop is about 30 seconds walking. And it’s cheap but definitely worth it

Wish there was washing machine especially in this hot weather but it was fine for me cuz there was laundromat nearby
