We had a very nice stay with our family. We had twelve people and the house worked very well for this size group.

Great location and property manager. The home just needs a bit of cleaning and upkeep. Great spot!

This property was perfect for our girls’ getaway. The number of bedrooms and baths allowed us enough space. Beds were comfortable and individual air conditioners in each bedroom allowed us to have individual control over coolness or warmth. Lots of fun things to do nearby. Excellent restaurants. Because it was summer and hot, we didn’t use the porches. The mosquitoes were pretty bad too but that was somewhat expected. The owner checked in with us and promptly answered questions.

Quiet peaceful neighborhood with beautiful views. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Private hot tub on the deck with woods for privacy, felt like we were in a treehouse. We had a wonderful stay, Sharon was very attentive and responsive to all requests. The bedding and some of the bedrooms could use some updates but overall a comfortable welcoming home.

This was a great place for our big bachelor/bachelorette party! Plenty of space to hang out on the main level, and the rooms were both roomy and cozy! The screened in back porch was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, and then the hot tub was the perfect place to wind down for the night. Great location, close to fun things to do, and great places to eat. The guys enjoyed golfing at the golf course nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is large with plenty of space, bathrooms and bedrooms were plenty. The kitchen was well sticked as were the bathrooms. Beds were comfy and each floor was far enough and soundproof enough that you could have your own space. Only one negative, the floors weren't clean- the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt. Otherwise everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor issues however the property mangers were very nice and took care of them. I would recommend bringing towels and if you plan on cooking your meals bring your own cookware and serving dishes. There are no serving bowls and the cookware is not suitable. There is only a small electric grill.

No extra towels for the bathrooms and we had 2 families of 5. Would have appreciated soap in the showers and Kleenex tissues. The bedding was worn and some stains and rather used/flat pillows. Television was challenging as some of the TVs had no batteries in remotes and they were not connected for use. It seemed the cleaning process is very quick as we found food wrappers and food behind dressers and beds. The good news is there was a bed for everyone, nice carpeting in the basement and a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

We wished the deck would have been cleaned better before we arrived (as far as bugs and such). There were no papertowels or travel shampoo, conditioner or shower gel which surprised us but we bought our own. Overall it was a perfect retreat!! Thanks!

Checked in and checked out - horrible
Door was open ajar when we arrived. Wet musty smell inside. Ants on bed and nightstand in guest room ok main floor. Huge humidifier in master bedroom attached to a whole venting out (was not in pictures in ad for the home) kitchen sink filthy and 1/2 bath off kitchen had horrible smell. Contacted manager as soon as we checked in saying it was unacceptable and that we wanted a refund. We left immediate had to go rent a hotel room. Have not heard anything back from management regarding our request for a refund due to unacceptable conditions.

Tan Tara Estates is a great location close to many amenities. Margaritaville Retreat was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 9. Checking in was simple and convenient.

We just returned from our stay here and it was perfect. Plenty of space for the 10 people we had and checkin was so easy, even accommodated our early checkin. The only thing I wish they had some cleaning supplies available, i.e. broom, counter spray - would have liked to have those few things available!
