Situato su Milledge Avenue, questo condominio è stato appena rinnovato e tutto è come nuovo. Sei vicino all'UGA, ai Giardini Botanici e a tutto ciò che Atene ha da offrire. Dal condominio è a 5 minuti in auto dal campus e pochi secondi dal giro per portarti altrove ad Atene. Il condominio ha due grandi camere da letto con bagni annessi. Letto King + letto Queen + 2 letti aggiuntivi. Questo condominio è dedicato a visite come la tua, quindi è come stare in un hotel solo con molto più spazio!
LO SPAZIO:
Spazio fresco, pulito e alla moda. Abbiamo costruito il condominio per offrirti un soggiorno davvero confortevole dove sentirti subito a casa.

Viene fornita la connessione internet ad alta velocità ma non viene fornito alcun servizio di TV via cavo. Tutti e 3 i televisori sono smart TV ed è molto semplice accedere al proprio provider e trasmettere in streaming tutto ciò che si desidera (se si dispone già di cavo, netflix, hulu, ecc.). L'unità è al piano terra ed è collegata ad altre unità su entrambi i lati e sopra, quindi sentirai dei rumori attraverso il muro (quasi sempre è molto silenzioso).

We had a great stay. The host thought of everything and we loved the little touches. Close to everything and we will def book again if ever back in the area!!

We stayed here while moving our daughter in for her freshman year of college. It was the perfect location with traffic flow and we felt very comfortable leaving all of her stuff in the SUV overnight and not worrying about it still being there in the morning! The condo is freshly redone with wonderful clean flooring. The beds were so comfortable, too! It was a dream stay, cannot thank the hosts enough. They were responsive and respectful. Will stay here again and again, when it is available!

We were very happy with the living accommodations; it was clean, attractive with plenty of room for our 8 day stay. However, both front and back lights were out; the inside chain link door lock had a broken link, therefore, not useable; there was no extra bathroom tissue, paper towels or tissues; the closets were very roomy but had no hangers; also I would recommend that nonslip shower mats would be provided. Overall we had a great stay and would not necessarily prevent us from returning in the future, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention these issues. Thank you!

Nice place. Comfortable, quiet. Recommend for up to six, 2 couples, 2 kids. Bathrooms are small. Bring your own lawn chairs in nice weather. Also tissues, condiments. Patio in back isn’t usable.

In town for a family wedding- great location.

Our family included Papa, Grandma, daughter and 4 and 8 year old grandchildren. The hosts have made a nice, cozy place for each of our age groups. The pictures accurately represent the property. There were very welcome additions such as board games and a variety of snacks, a welcome treat after our long drive. We would definitely stay at this location again if we are in the area.

Perfect location for a wedding on the UG campus and reception at Botanical Gardens. Exactly as described. Parking was always available at the entrance.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Everything was just like before; clean, perfect location, easy access to UGA campus, and the perfect size for our group. We comfortably slept 3 adults and 3 kids (one teenager). The owner was easily accessible and quick to respond to messages. We definitely will be staying again!

Our only complaint is the master bathroom door needs to be repaired so it closes without having to be slammed. Otherwise, a lovely place for a busy weekend!

The property was exactly as advertised. Really lovely interior, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great location for our needs and being able to park by the front door was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be booking again.

Clean and tidy. The bathrooms are small, but the other rooms and closets(!) are spacious. Very comfortable bed (we only used one of the two bedrooms). The location was great for us. Easy access to the botanical garden, the university, downtown.

This property was clean and comfortable and was a great place to stay for a football game. Although not walking distance to the game not too far away.

Gem right on the edge of Athens
We loved this little gem. Was perfect for our family and for a game weekend. Easy access to campus and the house had everything we needed. Check in could not have been easier. Clean and The adorable. Beds (including the rollaway) were super comfortable. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Nice condo!
We were very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out for 4 adults and a 2 year old. We were in town for a conference at the Classic Center which was an easy 10 minute commute. Hope this is available next year when we return for the annual conference!
