I’d give this stay 1 million stars if possible. Meeting Gizelle and her staff (Ritchie, Kenmar, Caroline & TRAVIS) was the portion of the trip that sent the ratings sky high. The property was first class. Clean. Quiet. Private. Staff was impeccable at all times. Dining was a treat each meal. Along with mealtimes being announced to us, each course was explained & presented professionally & very well done. Travis made sure we had drinks(specially made) and snacks, in addition to being there each meal. We were attended to whenever we needed anything. Caroline perfected the evening turn down service and assured the bedrooms were cool and clean. Jason presented all excursions and Kenmar took us there & made sure we felt safe everywhere. The beach was nice, a few rocks but shoes aren’t necessary. We took the paddle boards & kayaks out everyday. The location was beautiful and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We will be back to this house. Hopefully nothing changes because it was beyond our expectations & perfect for our girls week away.

House is stunning. We had a lovely time on our trip. The kids loved the pool and beach. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of. The staff were very nice and easy to be around. we loved having the chef and let him Prepare what he wanted. Everything was delicious

This house was stunning! The pictures totally do not do it justice! On top of the beautiful property is the even more incredible people who work there! Chef Ritchie made our wish list come true and went above and beyond with every delicious meal. Everton, the butler, was always available to meet our every need. He made coffee first thing each morning, prepared milkshakes, smoothies, and pina coladas for the kids, and served the adults cocktails by the beach or pool. He set a beautiful table three meals a day. Anything we asked for, he and Ritchie made it happen. We miss them already! We felt like we were living a dream life. Carolyn, the housekeeper, was there to tidy, and make/turn down the beds each day. She ensured our towels and beach towels were fresh each morning! Her smile brightened our days too! The grounds keeper and driver, Kemar, was kind, charismatic and accommodating! He took us on two excursions in the 10 passenger van, Dunns River and the bioluminescent lagoon! Both experiences were ones for the record books. Our group that included 7 children under 11, could not have had a more enjoyable week! We will definitely return next year! Thank, Jason and Gizelle, for your hospitality! The owners were attentive and ensured our stay was top notch!

SeaEsta Villa was amazing.Pictures here show the villa well, although it’s more beautiful in person.There were 10 of us (3 families).The 4 kids (10,12, 17,19)easily slept in the 2 queen beds, and we had an option to add an air mattress if needed.Plenty of room to be together or have alone time.The community is gated, and you can run or walk out the front on a paved road (a bit less than .5 mi. and more if you continue around the beach).Gizelle and Jason were patient & helpful with all questions before/during stay.Each person at the villa is a treasure.They are kind, friendly and do everything possible to be accommodating. If we wanted something, we just had to ask. We were prepared to arrange menus, but after our first meal, we decided to let Ritchie do his magic every day and make all decisions. He was a wonderful chef! He knew our allergies and spicy/non spicy preferences, and worked around those. Table settings were lovely and different at every meal.Meals were both inside and outside by the pool.The staff worked so hard all the time.July 4th was all red, white and blue.The last night anniversary lobster, steak trimmings and cake were amazing.Tried oxtail and goat-yum!Hired a reggae band,with Kerome’s help-the best!He took care of everything all the time meals, schedules,cocktails, mocktails…!Carolyn was a cleaning ninja, always quietly cleaning somewhere.Kemar made the property pristine daily,helped with kitchen and everything,& was the best,safest driver.Thank you all!💕

Amazing, amazing, amazing! I could write a book on how fabulous our stay was but I will keep it short and to the point. The pics are very accurate. The home is beautiful, Chef Richie-AMAZING, Keymar-very polite when taking us to and from the airport/excursions, Karolyn-so sweet, she even sang to me on my birthday, Kerome-always on top of everything! The entire staff made the stay 10x better, Jason was very helpful also with going over thing to do and giving estimates. It is safe to say that we will be back, it was worth every penny!

This was a very special stay for our family. Property is updated, spacious, clean, open concept surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The staff was welcoming, friendly and they not only attended to every need, but anticipated what our family liked. The pool was great for grandchildren and I never tired of the view of colorful Caribbean Sea. I don’t eat desserts however gained nine pounds in one week if that tells you anything about the cooking! Wonderful vacation home.

We were two families with children for a total of 9. The house is fantastic with beautiful open air layout, which is nice for taking a break from the sun, but still feeling outside. Easy to find location (50min from airport) on a quiet bay that was great for swimming and paddleboarding. Comfortable bedding, nice open air showers in the two main bedroom, and modern TVs with Netflix/Disney+ which the kids greatly appreciated. In addition to two nice kayaks and three paddleboards, there were lots of pool toys, snorkel equipment, and nice beach towels. What made the experience truly special was the staff. Amazing ch

This was our first experience using VRBO and Gizelle made it all so easy for us! Gizelle’s property was recommended to us by a relative, and it was beyond our expectations. The property description and photo’s shown on the VRBO listing did not do the place justice. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gizelle’s team! Chef Richie, Butler Krome, Driver & Grounds keeper Kemar, and Maid Pauline were all so kind and caring. They made it their missions to make sure we were well taken care of and that we had the best time while staying in their care. Chef Richie spoiled us with his talents, especially my 50th birthday meal which was fresh lobster & mussels. Our first visit to Jamaica was amazing thanks to Gizelle and her team and we can’t wait to go back and see them all again!!!

The property is beautiful! The layout and view were reminiscent of stays in Hawaii. In addition to the pool and the beach steps away, there is enough space in the house for everyone to gather comfortably, and for everyone to find space to be alone. The hosts were communicative and helpful. And the on-site staff were superb - extremely competent, friendly, flexible and committed to making our stay memorable. Chef Ritchie provided 4-star meals that were also beautiful to look at; Karoum, our butler/mixologist was a treasure, assuring that all our needs were met, and managing the staff to maximum performance. Pauline kept everything pristine, and Kamal got us everywhere we needed to go, on-time, and with a minimum of fuss. While it was expensive, it was absolutely worth every dollar - we've already booked for next year!

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful house, each room is amazing and the outdoor space is breathtaking. I stayed at this house with friends and family for my 40th birthday, and I am so happy I did. The staff was amazing and was able to execute everything I requested. From the massage ( which is the best I ever had) to the amazing food prepared by the chef for my birthday dinner. I was also able to have a bonfire on the beach, which was so beautiful.The home is breathtaking, and every little detail that went into building this house from the outdoor showers , to the pool reflects in its beauty. Giezelle stopped by to greet us, and made us feel at home. I can’t wait to return to this slice of heaven.

Our stay here was amazing! It was quiet and peaceful and relaxing! We set up with Gizelle a pre order list especially with the beer we drank and they had it waiting for us. Kemar even stopped on the way to the house for us to get what we needed from the grocery store (small items more so for the kids snacks). Paulette kept our rooms nice and tidy each day. The food from Richie was nothing short of excellent. I HIGHLY recommend the curry goat. Even the kids devoured it! Dillon tended to our every need and even the kids. He was phenomenal. He even made the kids virgin daiquiris multiple times throughout the day. A couple things to note for your stay: -Kemar will provide round trip transportation to and from the airport. This is at an additional cost but wasn’t anything crazy. (About three hundred round trip for 10 people) -we went to discovery bay (about 5 minutes away by van) one day and the water was crystal clear. -we went horseback riding. The kids LOVED it. -we got massages from Caroline. This was probably the best massage I have ever gotten and the other girls in our group agreed as well! -NOTE: There is no washing machine. Make sure to pack enough clothes because the washing machine is in the maids quarters and not set up for guests to use. -our favorite meals were the curry goat, the shrimp omelets for breakfast, and the surf and turf. -the chef will go over meals and dietary restrictions once you get there or the following morning. -at the end of the trip, you will get the receipt for the grocery bill and can use Mastercard or visa to pay the bill -NOTE: the grocery bill does include a taxi charge to get the food and deliver it as well as napkins and a few other items we thought were included but overall didn’t make up a huge part of the bill. Just for reference, we ate breakfast lunch and dinner every day for 6 days (minus 2 lunches) and drink mixers and beer, our total bill came out to about twenty six hundred. Overall it was a perfect vacation and the staff 100% made it well worth the trip!!!

This beautiful property and the friendly, attentive staff made our week perfect. Although we chose to venture out for a couple short activities, we could have easily spent all our time at this beautiful oasis. I’m grateful for the quiet, slow time with my family and the staff that allowed for rest and relaxation. My daughters loved the paddle boards, kayaks, sand toys, yard games, and crab hunting. The food and service were great.

Our entire experience at Sea Esta was defined by the fore-thought and intention at every step. The staff clearly takes pride in everything they do - from our greeting with cool towels and refreshments, the care and cleanliness of the property and amenities, and attention to every detail at each meal. The place settings were such beautiful touches with special consideration for the kids without us even mentioning. We highly recommend letting Chef Ritchie surprise you with his creative and absolutely mouth-watering dishes. He was able to please the palates of our whole crowd, which included pescatarians, kids and spice lovers. The property was breath-taking - an infinity pool of absolute perfect temperature with a shelf around the entire perimeter, rainforest showers in the double master rooms, being steps away from the beach shore, and multiple seating areas for our group of 10 to enjoy our time together comfortably and enjoy the views. We were also pleasantly surprised and enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, cornhole, and s’mores by the beach bonfire. All in all, this group knows how to cater to your needs and you won’t be disappointed whatever vacation you are looking for.

They set up our anniversary dinner by the beach which was then followed by a beach bonfire. They were even gracious enough to build a departure eve bonfire as well. The staff of Dillon (butler), Ritchie (chef), Pauline (housekeeping) and Kemar (Grounds/Transportation) and host and hostess (Gizelle and her son Jason) provided a family atmosphere which we all enjoyed. It truly was a pleasure to be around them as they were warm, friendly and quite obvious that they enjoy their work. We knew that Dillon was creating special Caribbean cocktails every time we heard the blender...his hospitality training was quite evident when serving cocktails or food. Speaking of which, Chef Ritchie was fabulous. We shared with him that he must be touched by God. His creations were great as we were served full breakfasts, wonderful afternoon snacks and 5 Star/4 course dinners each night. His take on local Jamaican cuisine was delicious and even worked in ensuring that if any of the dishes were seafood he would create a dish made with chicken so that those who did not enjoy seafood would not be left out. The appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts were all 5 star as it was quite evident he had extensive culinary training. Coupled with Dillon's elegance in serving dinner, we all agreed that the dining experience, including the setting by the sea is a memory that will last a lifetime. Jason could not have been more helpful through our entire stay from excursions to Covid tests. Every detail we requested was fulfilled. It was a parents dream come true. The adults had fun, the teens had fun and even the kids needs were taken care of. Jason arranged so many excursions and every detail was attended to. The view blew us away and the service was absolutely incredible. The beach was beautiful and very private and we loved looking for sea glass and shells on the beach and kayaking around the bay. The host was rude and advertises a lot of incorrect information. For one the villa is about a hour and half out from Montego Bay. Yes, it says chef is included, but he never explains that you have to pay for groceries the chef purchased. BEWARE: Everything fun to do is a hour or more away from the villa!!

Being a family of multiple ages and interest this property gave us everything we needed plus the added benefit of an amazing team!!

This home is absolutely breathtaking. The indoor/outdoor living is perfectly balanced. The host and staff are friendly and helpful, and the food, for the most part, was lovely. I curated the menu for the chef beforehand, as I wanted it to be extra special for my husband’s 50th birthday. I was disappointed that we didn’t get a couple of the cooked snacks/small bites between lunch and dinner that I’d curated on the menu, that the mashed potatoes were instant one night and that the birthday cake I order was not, in fact, ordered through the host (the chef, however, did bake a cake for my husband, but It wasn’t the same as the one I’d chosen to come from Kingston). Overall the many positives outweighed the few negatives. I would definitely stay here again.
