Some fans were not working, right front bedroom, left front bathroom fan.Blue box fan not working. Living room remote for ceiling fan not working.

Have a group of seniors all age over 65, Did not see that the location is on 2nd floor. Entrance to the property is most disgusting, and has to climb a stair almost 20 steps.
Dinning room chair are so wabbly has to be so careful. Most of the time we avoid using it.
AC doesn't feel same cool in all room and so is hot water. complain about living room fan not working neven fixed.

Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay here in Charleston! It was perfect for us, as each of the four bedrooms had a full bath and it even had an extra half bath! The place was clean and beds were comfortable! It was everything we were hoping for. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We utilized the storage area before check in and after check out. Only suggestion would be to put curtains on the bedroom windows. There was an extra light coming in between street lights at night and sunlight in the morning. Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely love this property and would stay here again! It was very clean and the pictures are accurate. It is so close to King St and many of the shops and restaurants are in walking distance!

This place worked out very well for 3 couples in town to attend a wedding and otherwise enjoy downtown Charleston. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which was important and worked out well. Living space was very comfortable.
Felt like a younger crowd college neighborhood. Great bagel store on the same block for breakfast/coffee. Was packed at 10am but we were not in a rush.
We were a quick walk to the northern end of King St, which we made several times. Nice to not have to drive and park to get places. The Battery might be a bit too far of a walk for some though we did that as well.
We rented 2 cars while we were there. Probably should not have bothered. Uber for the few times we drove would have been less expensive and easier. Off-street parking spaces for the house are an easy 2 blocks away and in a good location.
Property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Definitely would stay here again when traveling with couples.

Location is perfect! Easy access on foot to iconic King Street with endless dining and entertainment options. Property is exactly as advertised, nice and clean and everything in working order!

We go to Charleston 3-4 times per year and this is one of the best places we've found to stay. Neighborhood is safe and only a few blocks from King St. We will be back!

This was a perfect property for our family visit to Charleston. There were 7 adults and with the 4 bedrooms and 4.5 beds there was plenty of room. The beds were large and comfortable.

Plenty of room and very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice seating areas. Great for a large group. On top of a restaurant with lot of steps but well lit, ok if you take your time. Nice to be so close to King Street. Parking close by. Would stay again.

9 of us stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect for what we needed! Having lots of bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, which is always a plus for girls’ trips. The location is super close to king street, so there are lots of activities within walking distance. The neighborhood was felt slightly less safe at night, but it was still okay walking in a big group.

This is the first short term rental, out of many we've rented, where the space is actually much larger than what's shown on the photo. Extremely happy with the amount of space we had for all 10 in our party, the incredible cleanliness, the ambiance, and proximity to King Street. The host was very accessible and responded to all inquiries very promptly.

The property was as it was described. It was in a great location and was super nice and clean. It was great to have 4 king size beds and 4.5 bathrooms. A couple of the bathrooms were on the small size but were still nice. It is a bit weird pulling up as it is above a restaurant but that didn't impact our stay at all.

Our group included two married couples and our teenage kids. Nice property with four master bedrooms. We were glad that consumable supplies were included - hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The property is only blocks away from King Street shopping BUT something to be aware of is that the neighborhood is pretty sketchy. We parked our car in the reserved parking space after dark the first night and were accosted by a homeless man telling us we couldn't park there. We ignored him but realized the spaces are right next to a housing project. The other issue we had is that the rental is surrounded by college housing and was definitely party central on the weekends as evidenced by empty beer cans everywhere on the sidewalk each morning. We will find a more family friendly location next time we go to Charleston.

We had a great stay! It was great having 4 king beds. I wish I would have realized that the bathrooms were fairly small with inserts. But that’s on me. This would be great for a Bachelorette party or girls trip! Great location!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party of 12 girls. We were concerned about the amount of room prior to arriving since we had a large group, but it was bigger than expected. Some girls slept 3 to a bed, but with the pullout couch and a twin air mattress that we brought, it worked out and everyone was comfortable. We were so happy to find a place with 4 full baths! The location is great and we felt safe.

Perfect accommodations for 5 friends visiting Charleston. 4 bedrooms , and each bedroom had their own bathroom. 1/2 bath also in the hall was a great feature. Absolutely wonderful breakfast restaurants well within walking distance. Comes with 2 parking spaces is a REAL PLUS as parking is at a premium and costs a $$$. Would rent here again in a heartbeat.

This was such a perfect location! We walked all over Charleston didn’t need to drive once we parked in the reserved spots. Great space, clean and perfect with all en suite bathrooms. Check out Dave’s next door for award winning fresh fish sandwiches and walk to Xio Bao Biscuit for amazing Asian street food.

Was in town for a few days with my sisters. The layout of the apartment is great with space enough to both have privacy and enjoy each other’s company. Getting in and out was easy and the property manager was very communicative and accommodating. The location, just a couple of blocks off King St., is great as there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay here again.

It was comfortable and roomy enough for all 10 of us. We very much appreciate Peter’s quick response to the gas leak - and he fixed the broken chair, which we discovered on arrival. All in all a very pleasant home away from home! Thank you!

We were a little concerned that the restaurant below was going to be loud, we couldn’t hear it at all. All four bedrooms had en-suite which made it an equitable choice for all. Kitchen was well stocked and the location to upper king street was great. Very good bagel place on the next corner

Great apartment 2 blocks from kings street. Close enough to bars and restaurants to walk or a short Uber if you want to go all the way down to the French quarter. The layout was phenomenal, 4 king beds each with private bathroom, and a pullout couch- perfect for our group of girls for a birthday weekend. I was surprised the living area actually was larger in person than it looked in the pictures, we all ate dinner in there together one night. Would absolutely stay there again if coming for another group trip.

Nothing but great things to say about this property and the property manager - the location is perfect. You are 5-10 minutes walking to King St and less than a mile from most of downtown Charleston…but just enough off the path to avoid the noise and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the linens/sheets were nice. The small washer/dryer were perfect for coming home without laundry. The kitchen is small but adequate, as is the seating. The parking is easy to get to and safe/well lit. The stairs leading up to the property were a bit much for some of our older family members by day 5…but doable. Overall, I highly recommend this place!!

We enjoyed our stay. We did have one issue and that was the fact that we thought it was 5 bedrooms and that one of the bedrooms had a futon.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this place. Accommodations were perfect. The only disadvantage that it was not easy to get all our luggage up the stairs. But the hardest was the parking. We did not know beforehand that the parking was about four blocks away. That wasn’t always very convenient. Other then that all went well.

Property was located .3 miles from wedding venue and .2 miles from rehearsal dinner. There was 9 of us and the accommodations were very comfortable.

We stayed here for a large bachelorette party and it was wonderful! Plenty of room for everyone and all the bathrooms were great. The place was super clean upon check in and the communication with the property manager was wonderful. Great location, only a 2 block walk to king street and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
