Sheets were dirty. Had to have them changed. Maintenance brought them we changed them.

shower, bed and pillows were awesome. very clean. employee helped us to use the TV menu ... we were so confused . Registration desk manager also helped husband set up his laptop. Very cheerful folks.

Missing lightbulbs in two lights. Couldn't get the coffee maker to work Couldn't purchase yogurt from the fridge.

Cleanliness is not up to the par. They are offering cleaning every 5 days but when I arrived carpet was dirty , furniture not disinfected properly, you have marks and dust! Bathroom not clean properly! When I requested to refreshed room they took out garbage and replenished towels. Their rooms should be in tip top shape up on arrival if they are not cleaning, defiantly I will not be back.

staff. some things in the room did not work and the toilet wobbled. location is right off the highway not near a traffic light. congested and dangerous if turning out left.

Great location for working at my Charleston Office (Leads Ave) and easy to get out and onto the interstate. I ate dinner there that evening and the steak was fantastic! ark

The breakfast buffet was $20!!!!!! That is ridiculous....had I known, I would have gone elsewhere for breakfast. There is a broken dresser drawer in Room 414 (I did not use any drawers but noticed it).
