Spazioso e moderno appartamento con due camere da letto e un bagno con soffitti alti e una favolosa vista sull'oceano! Guarda l'oceano dal bar della cucina, dal soggiorno e dal corridoio. 150 passi dalla spiaggia, dal molo di Capitola, dai negozi di boutique e da oltre 20 ristoranti. Cucina ristrutturata, WiFi TV a grande schermo e un patio posteriore con barbecue a gas. Perfetto per famiglie, coppie o fughe di ragazze / ragazzi! 8 posti letto. Parcheggio coperto per 1 auto, parcheggio sterrato per auto aggiuntiva. Inoltre, per gli affittuari che cercano proprietà che possono ospitare più di 8 persone, il nostro condominio Capitola Breeze (Annuncio # 1469178) è proprio accanto e può ospitare fino a 8 persone, quindi se hai una grande festa (più di 8 persone) puoi affittare entrambi i condomini e i cortili posteriori si collegano attraverso un cancello nella recinzione posteriore. Perfetto per famiglie allargate e / o amici che viaggiano insieme.

My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was such a treat! The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was nicely stocked with essentials that made our stay worry-free!

We rented both units of this duplex for a family vacation. Would definitely do it again. Units had everything we needed, and they are located across the street from a wonderful beach and a block away from Capitola Village. This vacation was just what the doctor ordered. The host Jennifer played an important role in our great satisfaction.

Had a great 3 Generation Girls trip. My little granddaughter who is 2 and a half loved sitting by the window people watching and looking at the beach, and was so excited when we said we were going to go walk there. It is a very short walk from the condo. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants. The condo was very clean and Jennifer was very quick to reply to a questin we had. Parking is a huge plus. My daughter and I talked about making this 3 generation girls trip a annual trip and staying in this condo...or letting the men and boy come, and stay in Jennifers condo next door too.

Lovely condo in the heart of Capitola, walked to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, and a short drive to all our favorite surf spots. It was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and it has parking!!! Only downside no laundry.

This property was charming and located right by the beach and right by plenty of dining options and a ton of shopping. We were there during the Capitola Beach Festival… and we were perfectly located to join in or to even watch it all from the living room window. It was perfect for our group of four… Though it sleeps more. The owner/host was so helpful and very nice to deal with. We will definitely go back if we want to say right in that area and we would recommend it to anyone.

This property has a beautiful view and easy access to Capitola beach and village. It is just steps away from both! The condo is spacious, clean and well appointed. Perfect for a family! The outdoor backyard table and bbq was an added bonus!

What a perfect condo for our weekend trip to Capitola! The views of the ocean and town from the living room window was fantastic. Walked to town, Shadowbrook, beach and wharf… perfect location! Tasteful decor, comfortable beds, easy check in, beautiful back patio, all the kitchen needs and more!! We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Walking in, there is such a calm and beach feel. We all loved it so much. And you truly cannot beat the location.

Awesome place!
It was a great place to stay with easy access to everything. This place was convenient for having a little one who loves getting all dirty in the sand. A little walk and we were home to wash down the sand with the water hose. We were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Jennifer was awesome at responding and allowed us to check in earlier. We enjoyed a nice BBQ dinner using the BBQ in the backyard and enjoyed putting the puzzles provided after dinner. We definitely will be coming back. Best little getaway with family!

We really enjoyed our time at the seaview condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed; full kitchen, comfortable beds and huge beautiful windows with a view of the beach! Communication with the owner was very easy and convenient, she is great! Super easy access to the beach, wharf and village. With an easy parking spot and wonderful outdoor space, we highly recommend the seaview condo!

Beautiful place, very clean and close to everything. Jennifer was extremely helpful and quick to accommodate my last minute requests. She is very responsive and I would recommend this place to anyone. Definitely would stay here again.

Capitals get away
The place was great. Location was great close to everything. The only problem was the road noise. Very loud if you are sleeping in the living room. The neighbors were very load and could here through wall. Really no fault of the owner, the price you pay to be so close to town. Overall great place.

Right in the heart of Capitola!
We had a lovely stay! Our first time in Capitola, even though we're from the Bay Area. Definitely will be back! Loved being walking-distance to everything--beach, restaurants, shops, the pier! You are right in the heart of town at this location. Space was very clean with a sweet beachy theme. It was just the two of us but definitely could comfortably do a family. We cooked every day and the kitchen was fairly stocked but not fully stocked (maybe it was just us but couldn't find measuring cups, measuring spoons). Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Best Capitola Vacation Rental
This spot was perfect for our family of 5! The Condo is updated, clean, and in the best location. We had such a wonderful time. Parking spot is easy to access and big enough for a larger SUV/truck. It was easy to walk to the beach/shops/restaurants. The host is also very responsive.
