We visited this property for a family get-together and had a great time. It was super convenient to have a first floor master bedroom, as well as two other master bedrooms. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as common space was ideal. Great communication with the owner, when needed. It was also great to have access to the pool, right outside the front door.

Nine of us stayed in this house with plenty of room to hang out together or find our own spaces.
It was really nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. And the common living spaces were more than enough for all of us to hang out together. Made for a great weekend.

Wonderful place to stay near the beach and all the other attractions. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of room for us to spread out.

Great location! The pool is ten steps from the front door, and the sand and surf are an easy drive away. The condo is a perfect fit for four couples and a couple of young kids, which is who we are. All the amenities are up to date, and Megan is available by phone for any questions. You can't go wrong!

This house is in a great little community, but It needs some TLC. The neighborhood and amenities are awesome. The floor plan is nice, but the walls are very thin. You can definitely hear neighbors on both sides and anything happening within the house regardless of what floor you are on. There were some little things that needed fixing or replacing, but nothing was a big deal and Megan was quick to respond and offered to send a handyman out ASAP, which was great.

Really lovely place- lots of space, delightful screened in porch, short drive to the beach and stores. Perfectly decorated. I brought my family and there was ample space for the adults to spread out and even toys for the little ones to play with- a nice touch. Place was spotless and very comfortable. Megan kindly answered any questions I had promptly. Thank you for a great vacation!

Loved the property would rent it again. Just a little disappointed with the outside furniture had not been wiped down. Very dusty had to do that myself

I'll stay was wonderful. Communicating with the owner was easy, efficient. And she was able to answer all our questions. Very kind, friendly and prompt. We were close to the beach 8 minutes away. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The house was as listed. Everyone was very pleased and we had a very comfortable stay.

Megan's home was exactly what we expected. Perfect inside and out. The home easily accommodated our plunge family of 10 and Megan answered any questions and concerns we had along the way. We had all of the amenities of home and loved the fact that we were close to the beach but had the privacy we need! I can't wait to stay again!

We stayed with a couple of friends and family members and totally enjoyed the house. It was a great weekend experience, everything was clean and we had just a wonderful time enjoying the house. We would definitely love to stay there again !!

Just Ok. Could use outdoor lights to work. Very dark area. Need a railing for outdoor steps. Need floor mats for Bathrooms so you don’t slip and fall getting out of Shower. Over priced for what it is.

We had a great time at this property. It was PERFECT since there were multiple families and we each had our own bathrooms. Even the kids! lol The kids rooms was on the top floor which was perfect for when bedtime came and the parents could make as much noise as they wanted and didn’t disturb them lol
The extra bedroom right next door to the kids room was also helpful for anyone that woke up in the middle of the night and wanted a parent close by. The pool across the street was amazing. Just made it so easy to pop over whenever we wanted. Close to shopping and the beach was literally minutes away. Would definitely stay at this property again!

2 families rented the townhome for the week with 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 4-16; everyone had a great time!
We used the pool which was perfectly located, grilled out back many days and even had space for yard games!
The home was as described and the communication with the owner was excellent.

Perfect beach getaway
We loved our stay! The condo was exceptionally clean and so nicely decorated! The five bedrooms were the perfect amount of space for my family. We loved the screened-in back porch for morning coffee and the pool right across the parking lot after spending time at the beach. It is a quiet development that is close enough to everything while also giving you space to rest and recharge. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I and our 2 daughters enjoyed our stay in this neighborhood! Megan gave us timely responses and was helpful with our questions! It was nice being able to walk to two excellent restaurants, Big Fish Grill and Arenas! We also made use of the nearby tennis courts and swimming pool! The house was set up nicely that we could all have our own bathroom! Quiet screen porch in the back and a small porch in the front that catches the morning sun provided and lovely spot for reading my Bible in the mornings! We also really enjoyed the beach at Cape Henlopen and riding bikes on the nearby trails! Had a lovely stay:)

Very Nice Home!
This house was very nice! The description & photos online were very accurate and it was in a great location. House was well stocked with essentials. We utilized the owners recommendation to rent sheets from the "Sheets at the Beach" company. There were plenty of pillows and blankets and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there on my next trip to Delaware !
