Il divertimento a Manhattan Beach ti aspetta in questa fantastica casa per le vacanze! Questa bellissima casa con 3 camere da letto si trova proprio nel cuore della città. In 8 minuti di auto si raggiunge l'oceano e si godono splendide spiagge come il Manhattan Beach Pier per godersi lo splendido clima della California. Dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un design moderno con nuovi materassi super confortevoli. Oceanfront casa unifamiliare a 2 livelli!
La posizione è imbattibile. Questa zona dello Strand (la nostra passerella) è molto privata, poiché le case sono sopraelevate al di sopra dei passanti, consentendo la privacy anche sul ponte e sulla vasca idromassaggio. Meno traffico pedonale rispetto alla zona centrale di Manhattan Beach vicino al molo, anche se puoi usare le nostre biciclette per raggiungere quella parte più frequentata della città in pochi minuti. Property is older, but reasonably maintained…
Some reviews have mentioned challenges on the narrow driveway, some tire rubs an a light scape rim on a rim, but if you come straight in from the road above (43rd?) and are careful should be manageable …. Being older I opted to park on the street and Uber….challenging to find spaces during Summer, lots of parking in the lot below at the beach for visitors… $2+ per hour during 8am - 8pm…

Spent a week while going to Cowboys-Chargers game. Great location, beds very comfortable, clean. Parking can be a challenge. Some maintenance needs to be done on "fit&finish"; loose door handles, TP holders, etc. Would visit again

We absolutely loved our week spent in this house. You couldn’t ask for a better location and view. Perfect for families! Only hard part for us was the really small driveway. We rented a smaller car after reading reviews, but still had a a hard time using it. Definitely recommend entering straight on. Other than that the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

I’ve stayed in various properties in Manhattan Beach and this one was even more amazing than the rest! The location was perfect for getting to my favorite places, taking long walks on the Strand, and lots of room for everyone. We loved the hot tub and clean and comfortable accommodations, will definitely be back! Thank you!

The property was exactly as expected! Location was perfect and the views amazing. Propery isn't brand new, but it was comfortable and cozy. The hot tub on the porch was an added bonus. We did not have a car, but were able to walk to the convienence store and food stand within two minutes. Wish the weather would have been warmer and sunnier for us, but we enjoyed the watching the surfers and walking the strand. I would visit again (in the summer!) :) Thank you John for the wonderful stay and experience.

The location is amazing and the view is absolutely beautiful. My friends and I love the east access to the beach and the jacuzzi for when it got cold at night. Would 100% recommend and stay again. :)

I was told we would be parking in a small garage. We were renting a car so I asked what type of car would fit in the garage. I was told an Escalade but it would be tight. We had a Nissan Pathfinder, there was no garage and the most narrow driveway I’ve ever seen. We would’ve gotten something smaller had we known about the tightness of the driveway. No garage at all, which is fine but if we had an Escalade, it would NEVER have fit in that space. We scratched the rims and it was absolutely nerve racking to get it in & out of the tiny, narrow driveway. The beds were very hard & no AC, but luckily we didn’t need it but the fans we definitely did use. Some of the linens, especially pillow cases had black marks on them so we didn’t use some of the pillows. The view made this house worth the $, but definitely would not stay there again. We weren’t in the house too much as we were doing all the sight seeing activities in the area. Overall, we had a great trip but want to make people aware of the issues we had.

The thing about this house? the location is PERFECT. Right on the water, far enough away from restaurants that it was quiet in front of the house, but a 5 minute walk to breakfast cafe. It's older and quirky (we look for that in a vrbo, rather than cookie cutter), so realize that. The view is AMAZING from the public rooms and the upstairs bedrooms, the vibe is great, highly recommend. We had a couple hiccups, but the management team was VERY responsive and quick to get back to us. We came with our HS-age kid to visit our other kid in college, and the college kid immediately moved in for the week, he liked it so much.

This is an older property but being right on the ocean and keeping the windows open at night was great. While it is older it was impeccably clean. Sitting in the hot tub and watching the sun set is also special.

The location of the house is ideal! The deck with hot tub overlook the strand and ocean. The house needs updates but the beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed! You can walk to live oak park, sand dune park, and restaurants. If you want to see more rent bikes from hermosa cycle or a golf cart from E3 vehicles.

Surfers, Sand and Sunsets!
Awesome location, comfortable, lots of room, all amenities ... Hot tub the best. Travelling with my husband, daughter, fiance. Even in May Gray it was beautiful. Loved to lie in bed and watch surfers and dolphins. Will recommend to all my friends and may be back!

Fantastic Beach House
Wonderful spot for a family of four in Southern California. The location is spectacular. Property is right on the Strand (boardwalk) and has wonderful beach views. Highly recommend it!

Great beach escape
As advertised and great communication. Convenient location and the perfect getaway. If you have a large van you may not be able to get down the driveway as it is quite narrow. Couldn’t recommend more!

The Strand El Porto
Location was a real plus - easy for kids to get to the beach without crossing any major streets. Nice ocean breezes and having the jacuzzi was also a plus.
If you rent a larger car note that parking is very hard - narrow entrance. Also laundry is outside and it is a coin system so bring quarters as they are not easy to get.
Internet worked well and owner was very responsive. Accommodations are basic - fine for non luxury traveler - for us proximity to beach was the main draw.

Great location
My 2 favorite things about this place were location/walkability and how comfortable the beds were. The house was clean. The hot tub was clean and the view was amazing! The kitchen had enough for cooking most of our meals. We had 2 small children with us and it was adequate although a little difficult to maneuver with all the steps and brick porch. We could not fit our car into the parking spot comfortably which we had expected. Only take a Small SEDAN if you want to park at the house. You can back into the driveway very slowly with larger vehicles. Our side mirror was almost touching the front building as we pulled into the drive. There is plenty of street parking during low traffic hours if you don't mind short walks with hills. The crib did not have the support board but we jimmied a padded bottom with all the extra blankets. My biggest frustration was the W&D did not work and are COIN OPERATED. That was not mentioned anywhere in the description. We have always used the Wash & Surf laundromat in Hermosa beach when living/visiting the area. In the end, it was a minor inconvenience.
I will say management was texting/emailing us regularly to provide assistance but I was so tired and distracted with my kids that I just remedied the situation as best I could.

AMAZING LOCATION
We had a great stay here. Waking up and laying in bed and looking out into the Pacific is quite stunning. The sea is dotted with surfers out in the early morning and all day to catch waves. The little beach concession is amazing and you can walk out and get breakfast etc. Just terrific. My only criticism is it is hard to find at first. We arrived in the night and had to call as we were walking around the neighborhood./
Overall a great stay - the hot tub was perfect.

Great place in a great location!
We stayed the week of the Super Bowl. The place was very nice given the age of the property, with a tremendous view, excellent walking/biking path and the beautiful Manhattan Beach right there. Parking was tough given a very narrow steep driveway, but that's every place in that neighborhood.

Perfect Weekend
This property was in the IDEAL location. Listening to the ocean from the bedroom and having coffee on the porch in the morning, watching the ocean waves. It was a mini paradise that I would go to again. Loved being able to enjoy the hot tub and still have the ocean to look at. The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable. This was the perfect beach pad. Five Star Properties was also very accommodating to letting us leave the property a little later due to our flight time. They were very responsive and nice to work with. If you need some ocean in your life, this is the spot to stay at

Fantastic Beach Get-a-way
Firstly - I love MB - I love to shop and eat and look at pretty houses. This house was perfect for friends are family. Two bedrooms upstairs with a deck and ocean views was a surprise. I have seen some have complained about the beach parking lot across the strand from the house - but it is fine - and great to watch surfers get ready to board in the morning hours - ha ha. The property management team was fantastic also - we WILL be staying again soon! .

This house was incredible. The ocean views were breathtaking and the hot tub was such a cool feature. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is it.

Great location and views
We went for the location and it was everything we expected. Beds were very comfortable and house was clean. Parking was tough as the lane down to the house is very narrow, our Camry made it with inches to spare but seems to be the norm in this area as parking looked cramped everywhere.

Dated property, you are paying for the great view.
Location and size are worth the price but nothing else. Old wiring, broken locks and rusty fan. Only the bare basics for your stay. Not a 4/5 star experience at all. View also overlooks a parking lot which is not shown in the listing pics. Parking spot is for a VERY small vehicle only.
