Questo accogliente 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni ha la giusta quantità di spazio per tutti insieme, ma non affollati. Il soggiorno è aperto alla cucina / Sala da pranzo per un luogo di ritrovo perfetto per tutti. Il mazzo sul retro ha uno scivolo chiuso turbo per un viaggio divertente dal ponte al suolo sottostante. Ha anche una luce da festa che puoi personalizzare i colori in base al tuo umore. Al di fuori del ponte posteriore è un portico schermato per la protezione dal calore e dal sole. C'è una piccola porta da garage in vetro che si apre tra la cucina e il portico schermato per facilitare il servizio e la conversazione. Ci sono due maestri. La camera da letto principale è al piano di sotto e ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato completo. Il 2 ° Master è al piano superiore e ha anche un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato completo. From age 7 to 82, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Great little town and easy drive to Hot Springs and Lake Ouachita! We loved hanging out in the Caddo River right outside the house, as well as playing games inside. We hope to come back next year!

We had a great time at the Farmhouse! The kitchen was well stocked-beyond typical expectations for a rental. The Farmhouse offered more than enough entertainment- games, airfort for rainy days, a great screened in porch, slide for kids! Location was perfect! Not crowded like some of the other rentals on the river. Blackstone on the back patio was a great surprise! Will definitely be back!

The house was perfect and exactly as stated! There was plenty of room for our group of 3 families with plenty to do. Lisa made sure to make this house very accommodating and thought of tons of little homey features to add. Very pleased and will be back!

The Farmhouse is our favorite place on the Caddo. Accommodations are excellent. Outdoor space is very spacious. Loved the new fire pit and swings. It was very cold. We are hoping to come during warm weather on our next family outing. Overall a great place!

The Farmhouse was the perfect place for our gals reunion. We loved the beautiful setting on the Caddo River. The weather was perfect for November. We built a fire at night and loved seeing the deer appear to check us out and even one early morning fire to toast Mimosas!
We had lovely bedrooms/baths for our own personal space and enjoyed getting together in the living/ kitchen space. The back deck was awesome for early morning coffee and enjoying nature’s beauty.
Next time, we’re going down the slide!

This property was perfect for our family of 14! It was clean, accommodated everyone comfortably, kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect. I will definitely book when we visit the area again!

The Farmhouse on the Caddo was exactly what it is described as 'unique river experience'. We had a rather large group and everybody had a comfortable bed. The mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were large. The design of the house allowed the quiet in the bedrooms while others were continuing to enjoy the amenities of the location of this house. It is on a hill directly on the river. We were able to enjoy the river fishing and wading and floating. The screened in porch was perfect for the early morning coffee and serving breakfast. The back porch was a nice size to allow everyone to station their coolers without blocking access to the stairs or doors. The kitchen was a good size for preparing meals. The double ovens were needed and much appreciated. There is a large panty that allowed for storage of drinks and bags and restocking for the weekend. A nice surprise was having 2 laundry areas. The grocery store is 6 minutes from this tucked away gated community. Caddo River Rafting was at most 10 minutes. Our communication with the owners was spot on. The codes worked the first time and the house was clean and welcoming. This was a 10 of 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your home.

We booked the Farmhouse for our Cousin Crew family vacation! It was a beautiful house and we had the best time! We had a volleyball tournament as well as cornhole tournament! It was so nice to just walk out the back of the house and be at the river! The house was just the right size and we plan to stay again!

We had a wonderful time with family. Everything we needed was already there. Young and old alike had plenty to do from floating the river to cornhole tournaments or just relaxing in the swings. We’ll definitely be back.

This is our 3rd year to stay at the Farmhouse. We love everything about it, the fact that the stairs are not so high or excessive and all the new additions. Just a couple of things that would really add to the total enjoyment, several flyswatters and a second refrigerator! Something that could be put on the screened in deck that would help with the extra food, drinks and ice storage. Not to mention cutting down on how many times you have to go in and out of the house to help with the fly situation. Anytime we come to the Caddo river the Farmhouse is our place to stay.

We stayed at The Farmhouse with friends and family to get away & celebrate my 30th birthday! The house was perfect for our group & very clean! They responded very quickly when I messaged asking questions and added a night to our stay with no problem at all. We had no problems at all with the stay! Only advice I have is bring something for flies because they were everywhere!

BEAUTIFUL AND COZY
My family and I loved the Farmhouse. It was far enough from the other cabins and felt a lot more private, just what we were looking for!!! The rooms were perfect, and I loved that we had enough bathrooms and showers for everyone.

Family Christmas on the Caddo
We just had our second family Christmas without my father-n-law. We chose to surprise my mother-n-law with a small weekend getaway being we live so far from each other. We all met in the middle on the Caddo! The Farmhouse was more than we expected! Absolutely beautiful and the views are perfect!! We are definitely coming back when we can stay longer!
You will not be disappointed!! This property is just a wonderful spot to come together as a family!

Perfect Family Gathering
What a wonderful home on the river for your family to gather. Peaceful and loved the river view. We were able to watch our grandkids from the deck as they played. The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of and the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. Six adults and 3 kids we all had plenty of room for privacy , as well as areas to enjoy being together. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to help with our meals. The screened in porch we played cards and worked puzzles and each night we enjoyed the fire pit to make smores. Be sure and bring a float to go down the river its beautiful and easy to jump right in. We will all be back again!

Great Family place!
Absolutely loved our stay at the Farmhouse. We met our grandkids there and was such a perfect house yard and part of the river for kids.Our son was able to go out and fish ,the grandparents could watch the kids from the backyard...it was perfect! The house was probably my favorite VRBO we have stayed in . I can say one of the cleanest and supplied with everything we needed.Hope to return again!

The Farmhouse at Glenwood, Arkansas
I am happy to write another review of our stay at The Farmhouse.🤗. This is an AMAZING property with plenty of room inside and out. The property gradually slopes to the water, where everyone enjoyed the “pool” of water before gentle rapids to the river. The yard area was large enough for the yard games we brought (the owners provide some as well). There is also a fire pit and wood provided. Our family fished, grilled, floated, waded and splashed, had plenty of room indoors and outdoors to play family games, sleeping accommodations were wonderful, cooking accommodations were more than adequate, for a large family we could not have asked for more to make our stay memorable. Honestly, the owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. THE OWNERS: nicest people to deal with. Rapid response to emails, texts, and even late night phone calls from a lost lady. ☺️ They sent all needed information in a timely manner. And The Farmhouse is “you get what you see” on the website and even more!!! Our family will definitely be back!!!

When we arrived the cleaning crew was not finished. It was over 1.5 hours after check in before crew was finished. House is beautiful and everything that is shows on website. Caddo is easily accessible.
Cleaning crew did not clean house. This was the first time cleaning this property. Cleaning crew said they were short handed. The floors were not clean. After crew left we swept up over 2 dust pans full of food, dirt, dead flys and grass. There were about 200 flies in the house that we fought all week. We found mayonnaise under the roll up door when we were leaving. Which explained the foul smell in the house. This is not the owners fault. The owners communicated promptly each time we spoke.
