Not your fault, but I became ill and could not reach an emergency clinic or doctor. Town too small.

Well we asked for 2 extra pillows and got only 1. Also extra blanket which was stained TERRIBLY BAD to scared to cover with it! Also our toliet wouldn't flush and all they did was come plunge it which wasn't the issue .

It was more updated and cleaner than we expected.

The room was hot when we arrived and it took 2 hours to cool off.

the location was perfect for us & the price was very reasonable. everything was clean, quiet & we felt safe.

the only complaints we truly had are as follows: *one of our rooms which was “non smoking” had a very strong stale cigarette smell which concerned me because one of our daughters in law has asthma (cigarette smoke aggravates it’s) & one of our sons has bad allergies (cigarettes being one of those). the motel was totally booked so there was not another room available. the staff tried to get the smell out of the room but it was unsuccessful. Our kids did not complain while we were there because, come to find out, they didn’t want to sound ungrateful since we (Mom & Dad) paid for the room. Our son w/allergies & his wife left after the first night & went home. We can’t hold the management responsible for a guest/guests that broke the rules in a non smoking room but people do need to understand that people request non-smoking rooms for legitimate reasons. *the only other complaint was that the day we arrived, several men staying there had their laundry scattered all over the balcony & even on the back fence. Their laundry was literally everywhere (with mens underwear hanging directly outside our room). Not very appealing to the eye.

The hotel was an excellent value for the money. Room was exceptionally clean, had a refrigerator and micro. Room was recently renovated and better than some other higher priced hotels I have stayed at in the past. Carl the manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

Location was good for going to the crystal mines. Staff was nice. Lots to chose from in the vending machines.

The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. The pillows were very flat and you only got 2 on a king size bed. When we checked in there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The room looked clean otherwise.
