Really quiet and clean

They came in our room while we weren't there.

was not very clean and room needed maintenance, also did not have do not disturb signs for the doors.

the only thing I liked about the property was there was a close in walking distance Mexican restaurant to go eat and we didn’t have to drive. then it was close to crater of diamonds where we were going.

I didn’t not like the owners they are rude and don’t know how to treat there guest. They put us in a room that spelled really bad and I refused to stay in that room so after 4 other rooms we finally found one that we were ok with fir one night. this place needs a lot of up keep.

The owners were very amazing. They asked if we were okay and needed anything any time we saw them. The Inn was perfect location to access the river.

The only thing can think of is some better pillows. They were very thin and hard to get comfortable. But made do.

No much, just the cost

The WiFi/internet did not work. We asked about a 'Do Not Disturb' sign and were told there were none, so I asked that no one come into the room. Shortly after I left to get some breakfast, there was a knock at the door and within seconds, not allowing for the door to be answered, one of the staff just walked in. My wife was laying there, not dressed for a visitor, and was asked if we needed towels. Something fishy about that as it seemed as though they thought we were not in the room and entered after I expressly asked them to not enter the room. We will not be staying there again!

There was some roaches and very hard beds

the room wasn’t very clean, carpet seems like it’s never been vacuumed. the pillow cases/bed sheets had blood stains on them! DISGUSTING. There was dirt all over the mattress, which by the way was extremely old and uncomfortable. overall, we won’t stay there again.

The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean. I enjoyed my stay.
