Situata in una posizione tranquilla nella zona costiera di Ayia Thekla, questa splendida e moderna villa offre viste ininterrotte sul mare e il massimo del comfort. Con patio anteriore splendidamente impostato per cenare all'aperto, area lounge, postazione barbecue costruita con bar e spaziosa area piscina, questa villa si trasforma in un'oasi di relax.
Mentre cammini all'interno troverai un'area soggiorno ariosa e luminosa con vista sul mare che porte scorrevoli si aprono su un patio e un'area intorno alla piscina. Il soggiorno dispone di un comodo ampio 3 posti e un divano singolo con una grande TV a schermo piatto e box satellitare con accesso a molti canali internazionali; un tavolo da pranzo per 4 e una cucina completamente attrezzata che ha tutto il necessario. Sempre al piano terra troverete un bagno per gli ospiti.
Al piano superiore si trovano una straordinaria camera da letto principale con bagno privato, altre due camere da letto e un bagno familiare con cabina doccia. Tutte le camere godono di brezza marina e vista sul mare senza ostacoli.
L'area esterna privata offre giardini privati, una piscina privata con lettini per prendere il sole, un'area salotto all'aperto, un barbecue tradizionale, una doccia esterna e una zona pranzo accanto alla piscina dove Γ¨ possibile consumare i pasti.

We went on holiday with our kids in May/June 2023 for a fortnight. The villa was absolutely fantastic, it looked great, really well presented and it was really spacious with a very clean swimming pool. Everything was in order and it was a stones throw away from the beach. We have booked with L.A. MER Homes twice now and we wouldn't hesitate to book with them again, or recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for the great service!

We were so impressed!! The villa is stunning, with full sea views. I was a little worried about the road running alongside it before I got there, but itβs a dead end road that only serves the handful of villas on this complex, so it is very quiet. The planting has grown since the photos were taken, making the villa far more comfortable and possibly stark as the photos suggest. You could quite happily live in this villa permanently. I was devastated to leave and felt very at home here.

Die Villa war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat bestens geklappt! Uns hat nur gestΓΆrt, dass ab dem 3. Tag bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts die Strasse, an welcher das Haus steht, aufgerissen wurde und die Baustelle tΓ€glich schon ab 07:00 in Betrieb war. So war es den ganzen Tag sehr laut.

Stylish villa at a quiet place
Cleanness of terrace floor, the tiles were very dusty and dirty.
A remote unit to open the front gate would be excellent, as the keypad is on the wrong side of the car, when arriving.
Instructions on how to operate the induction plates would be very helpful.
