Huge 7000 sq ft villa in the heart of Ohio`s amish country
Il primo piano delle case comprende una grande sala da pranzo e un'area comune aperta in grado di ospitare facilmente 25 o più ospiti, completa di una bella cucina completamente arredata, la camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale e una grande cabina doccia, anche una lavanderia completamente arredata, e bellissima sala da sole che si apre su un enorme patio sul retro. Il secondo piano ha 5 camere da letto e 6 bagni, la camera 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto con rotelle, la camera 2 un letto matrimoniale con divano letto, la camera 3 un letto matrimoniale, la camera 4 un letto matrimoniale e la camera 5 ha 2 letti a castello, le camere 1,2,3 hanno i loro bagni completi, le camere 4,5 condividono un bagno completo, ha anche due aree salotto private perfette per chattare o perdersi in un libro. Il livello inferiore ha una sala da teatro all'avanguardia, con audio surround e un enorme schermo da 12 piedi in grado di ospitare 20 persone con facilità, ha anche una sala da biliardo e alcuni attrezzi ginnici e anche una grande area aperta con tavolo da ping pong , air hockey e corn buche. come vantaggio collaterale offriamo a un costo aggiuntivo pasti serali soddisfatti dalla nostra famiglia, la vita di campagna al suo meglio !. The property is nice. Lots of room to stay and not be on top of each other. All kinds of different activities to do on the property without leaving.

House was very spacious for all family needs. Everyone enjoyed the features. The outside house maintenance and landscaping were very poorly maintained. Most lawn furniture cushions were moldy and the grill was grease laden.

This is an amazing VRBO - our family had a wonderful stay! Absolutely beautiful home! We gathered with our kids and grandkids for a mini vacation - there were 8 adults and 4 kids (under 4), and there was plenty of room for all of us. The basement with the huge theater, along with all the various games (ping pong, pool, fooz ball, air hockey) were a big hit with kids and adults! We enjoyed using the outdoor grill and large deck, along with the fire pit for s'mores! I highly recommend this VRBO and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you!!

The house was perfect for the family Thanksgiving. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The Amish Dinner that was catered in was delicious. We are already planning a return trip.

Our group takes a trip together every spring. This year’s destination was Holmes County which led us to this VRBO listing. The house was huge and we had more than enough bedrooms and space for the 8 of us.
Our hosts greeted us and were extremely responsive on the few occasions that we needed something done. When we arrived on Sunday they let us know that they had just become aware of a problem with the internet. 1st thing Monday morning someone came out to fix the problem. Since we are not Amish we really appreciated that.
I would definitely return to the area and to the house.

We luckily had perfect weather and spent most of our days outside in the large yard and patio area but this house would have been much more than we needed if the weather was not as favorable. Host was very accommodating and communication was great throughout the process. This group getaway was once an every year occurrence but became less convenient with young children and this was our first trip together in 9 years. There are already talks of adding this home to our short list of places for next year. Would definitely recommend to anyone in any situation. Great trip!

The setting was idyllic, and the house had everything we needed for everyone! The teens enjoyed playing pool and ping-pong and the adults enjoyed the many decks. We had a lot of wasps inside property and that was very scary. There was a lot of the wasp downstairs and some upstairs where my nephew and baby slept. They came out to spray but there were still wasp flying around. Also, we had planned movie nights because of the big movie room but most of us were scared of the wasps so that did not go well. There was a jacuzzi in one of the rooms that did not work we were not told about that then there was a mouse in the house.

Buggy's riding by, walk to the market, take arun through the rolling hills all right outside. The house was amazing, the beautiful living room had a spot for everyone, kids playing, adults reading or remote working at the private desk. The house went on forever, one room after another was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had 3 sinks, 2 ovens, cabinet storage for everything we needed. Quiet breakfast with the grandchildren in the 4 season room off the kitchen. What better vacation than movie night with your family in a built in comfortable, cozy movie theater. Game room for everyone to enjoy. All I can say is travel the distance, gather your family or friends and you will be AMAZED at this beautiful home. Take in Berlin, Williamsburg, visit a livestock auction, feed zebras and giraffes, petting farms, buggy rides, shop and learn. Truly a vacation everyone needs. This house is one you will be blown away from the moment you walk in. Great host, easy to communicate, met all our needs.
