Rustig gelegen met om de hoek de hotspring, het strand en de restaurants. De grootte van de studio met ook ruim balkon. De ontzettend leuke inrichting. Dat je gebruik kunt maken van de wasmachine. Hartelijke ontvangst met diverse koekjes en water. Gebruik van grote badlakens, handig!! Natuurlijk ook dat George altijd voor je klaar staat.

Een haak om de douchekop op te hangen zou fijn zijn.

Bed and bathroom!

really comfortable bed, huge balcony, great kitchen equipment

little dirty in some areas, top of fridge, floor etc but not so bad

Location. Just a few foot steps away from the beach, hot spring and tavernas and only 2 km to Agios Kirykos. WiFi.

Very old, worn out, dirty room with the worst "view" ever- a wall!!! So many kitchen facilities was missing and the bathroom door was just a plastic door?... Would never stay here again! No one wished us good bye either at check out or gave us instructions of where to leave the key for example. There was no one on site during the whole stay. No reception area. Just a guy, the owner? that was sitting outside the entrance at night time, where he was also taking care of a souvlaki restaurant. Not very customer service friendly nor professional in my opinion!

We stayed at Stamatia for 12 days. The studio flat was absolutely perfect, recently renovated and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a kitchenette with everything we needed. There were also two balconies which we really enjoyed, and there was a drying rack which was really useful. There was always a pleasant breeze, so we did not need to use the air con very much. Less than five minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. George is an outstanding host, very friendly, helpful and easily reachable since he owns a restaurant just downstairs (the food is delicious, make sure you try it!). He added a lot of personal touches to our experience, welcomed us with homemade jam and Icarian soft drinks, and brought us tea and fruit from his garden. His mother even gave my daughter a lovely bracelet! There is also a small grocery shop on the ground floor, which we found very useful to buy essentials.

The host made me feel very welcome and was most helpful

I loved the jam and honey I was given upon arrival. Also the location was great, so close to the beach and restaurants!!

The beds could have been a little comfier.
