Very friendly helpful hosts, excellent location kept very clean.

The hot tub was amazing, the farmhouse had everything you need for your stay. The host were very friendly and helpful. Within a 15-20 minute walk was The Victoria Hotel is a gem the homemade food was lovely.

No breakfast, location was miles from anywhere

No heating upstairs in the cottage, and we we were constantly watched by the warden, it was more like a prison camp than a holiday

Lovely location. Log fire and the hot tub were a bonus. The staff were very friendly and informative. Very quiet location.

Pots and pans were very used and dated. We had to buy a new frying pan as the one in the cupboard wasn't useable.

Really friendly hosts, really clean and toasty warm. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day on the fells. Highly recommend.

Amazing place Lovely cottage with everything you need Would definitely go back. Kids loved evey minute of the weekend. Hot tub is spot on. Looking to also try the campsite next summer ☀️

Only downside is the beds we're too firm For us but that's not stopping us from returning next year.

nice open space down stairs. good kitchen facilities. large bathroom and bedrooms. my family enjoyed the hot tub.

the windows in the lounge and kitchen window didn’t open. would be a nightmare in the summer. the window in the lounge formed part of next doors outside area. they hung their coat outside the window which was off putting. the dogs barking very early in the morning and evening. the extractor fan in bathroom was very loud and the one in the upstairs toilet didn’t work. the door to the bathroom needs some shaving off the bottom it’s noisy to shut. the sofa was lumpy. the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.
