Great location, nice interior design.
Hotel room was of a very different type than on the photos. It was of a lower standard and size than, and located in a new annex building further away from restaurant, pools etc. The TV in the room was not working although the room description mentioned free satellite channels. Check-in and check-out times registered by the hotel on booking.com were wrong/outdated. When we talked to the staff, the were rude and uninterested in solving the problems or compensating.

the resort has a lot of facilities for kids. the play ground was very safe and nice for the kids.
the view from the balcony is very nice.
the location is 30 mins away from borjomi. We preferred to have our dinner inside the resort because of that. The prices on the menu were reasonable.

The resort is great, especially for those looking for relaxation, and the facilities are very impressive. There is an indoor swimming pool, a hall with table tennis, billiards, and a playground for children.
It is very quiet place.

Very well tought project, they are on the right track. We left later than check out time and reception didnt make a problem out of it , in fact, they offered us to stay longer if we need. That was very kind. Also , we arrived at restauraunt closing tiime but we still recived full service. Breakfast was excellent and diverse.
Bathroom in room where we stayed had a shower that didnt work properly during night time. It aternated hot and cold water.
There were no phisical copy of menu at the restaurant, just qr codes.
Young waiters at the dinner, altough trying to be helpful, spoke almost no english or russian, or other foreign language. That made communication difficult becose all menu is on qr codes
