Location only
There weren't any cups or cutlery for the tea sachets they provided. Other basic things were missing. Breakfast was absolutely awful as it was just 1 sausage 1 egg 2 barely toasted bread slices and I normal...alll to be cling wrapped. They did not contact us regarding what our food preferences was and we could not eat the breakfast. They did not seem very professional at all.

It's a great location at least 4 to 5 minutes away from restaurants.
There was no water, probably around the whole area.

Breakfast was very nice and we didn’t eat the same thing everyday. The host Phiwe and the hostess are very friendly♥️
The was no water in Durban and it was something they could not control and tried to remedy the situation

The hosts were amazing, the reception welcomed us very warmly and the owner was very helpful and attended even to our car issue without any hesitation, a clear indication of world class hospitality
The breakfast logistics can be upgraded, it appears to have been collected from elsewhere, which might delay a guest in a hurry

Distance from Gateway was ideal
Dstv did not work, nobody on site to assist us, contact numbers not working, bedside lamps not working, no soap or shower-gel, only one set of towels for 2 ppl, no coffee, no sugar??? Eventually the owner returned my messages and sent Wifi password and said someone will be coming to sort out the DSTV - we waited 4 hours and eventually went to sleep since it was clear he was making a fool of us and not sending any to assit. Needless to say we left before breakfast.

you can really hear the person in the next room and it’s a bit far to walk to the center

The swimming pool need to be taken care of, for hygiene purposes.

The room was comfortable and clean
The swimming pool was very dirty and are not maintained. You can definitely not swim in the pool. The deck chairs looked as if they were broken.
The braai area is really not in a good state.
The owner really need to do some maintenance
A generator for a business will be a good idea.

The Location
Other guests had a party on the 2nd day from 9pm to 3am, that was horrible. The landlord was there but kept us in the dark.

The area was peaceful. Good atmosphere. Staff were friendly and accommodating .
Not much to tell. Arrived quite late. Left early. There was no one to see us out,beside a kitchen staff. Wasn't even asked if we were interested in breakfast.

I stayed at this property for 5 days and my stay was very pleasant, comfortable, I felt safe and the property is well managed. My room was cleaned every day. The shower was the highlight, I wish I could take it home with me. The water pressure was very good, I had to remind myself to not take too long showers! I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family as well. I didn't have breakfast in the property as I had friends who stayed close by that I met with for most of the time.
