Lovely property and very helpful owner. Luisa picked us up from the Airport and we were back at the apartment in 15 minutes. This meant we got a whole day in Seville. She also gave us a preloaded bus card to use so we could get straight on a bus cheaply. We topped it up at the end of our stay. She gave us loads of advice as well. Can't recommend highly enough - great facilities for cooking etc. Very nice community with great local bars and shops for all our needs. Buses v frequent so you could be in the centre of town in about 30-40 minutes.

Luisa is a super host ! Very kind, adaptative and accommodating. She explained us everything, have description sheet for different lenght's stay and good adresses for different neighborhoods. And little extra, she provide a bus card to have the trip to town cheaper. She left basics for breackfast, shower....really appreciated

The host was really nice to us and she helped us out with everything. She knows her way around the city, and was generous to share a great deal of information that helped us a lot with our trip to Seville. We also had discounted public transport tickets, super budget friendly! It's a bit far from the city on maps but it takes you just 30 mins from the bus stop 5 mins from the stay. She also picked us up from the airport and explained everything clearly. The apartment was comfortable and clean!

This apartment is a little bit small, it has only two rooms with shared bathroom, but is provided with all (working) amenities. It is far from the centre of Seville, but a very convenient bust stop 2 minutes walk away makes it so easy to reach the most interesting places to visit. Luisa is an exquisite host, a mine of information, the real added value to this place. The apartment was crystal clean, minutes away from shops nearby where you can get anything you need. If you need an accomodation at a fair price that lets you experience real Sevillan life, this is it. Would recommend and would return. Luisa, if asked, will give you a rechargeable bus card which allows you to travel the bus network at cheap prices. Besides, she offers airport transfer at a very reasonable price. Overall an excellent experience.

The apartment is perfect, two terraces, nice room and bed, shared kitchen. Overall very great. Bus stations are very close, and can get to the center in 15-20 minutes by bus. Free parking alongside the street, was not hard to find a spot. The host was exceptionally great, gave us all the information necessary about our stay in Seville, spoke very good English 😊

Luisa made us feel so welcome like at home. The room was very cosy, warm, and clean. She gave us thorough instructions as to what to do in Sevilla, what places to visit and even where to eat. Amazing service and attitude and excellent value for money.

We spent a week in this stylish apartment. This part of the town is a suburban area, where people do shopping in small shops and come together on small squares. They are not noisy.

Living together with other guest requires acceptance and a sort of empathy., but it's not bad.

The hosts were excellent. Luisa received us warmly when we had delay and she was waiting there for us for about 2 hours. She provided us all the information of how to enjoy Sevilla. She gave us an itinerary translated in 3 languages and a map. She explained very well where to go and what to do. All with patience and a lovely smile. The flat is very clean and comfortable with cozy decoration. It is well equipped. There are just 2 rooms there. The distribution of rooms is perfect and lets you feel so comfortable with enough distance to another room. We had a private furnished balcony decorated with plants. Everything was excellent! Highly recommend it.

The location is not in the center but it is well connected with public transport.

Luisa is super helpful and will give you good tips to move around. She was always ready to help when needed. The place is very cozy and clean. Loved our stay!

Such a nice place! This is actually full equipped apartment with 2 separate rooms + living room available for guests from 2 rooms. During our stay we were the only guests so we had the whole apartment just for us but even if there are other guests I think it's still very comfortable because rooms are on the other side of the apartment. There is air condition in the room, very well equipped kitchen, we could use washing machine, bathroom is also very clean and cosy. There's also such a nice living room with TV and a balcony. Apartment is close to bus stops so you can easily get to the center (2 minutes walking and then 10-15 min by bus). Host was so helpful. We would definitely reccomend this place.

Some neighbors were noisy sometimes

I was told that the area was secure but then I got 2 broken windows in my car overnight. When doing the reservation it was said that there was public parking I could use overnight but I never found it.
