located towards the end of the beach so there isn’t anything blocking the view of the ocean

the walk to the beach is not fun. the sand is very deep and full of broken shells and debris so shoes are a must. sometimes crossing the busy highway was scary. they asked us to leave for a while so a realtor could show our apartment, then cancelled and didn’t tell us until after the scheduled time. property was not very clean when we arrived, opened package of ramen noodles behind the nightstand in the bedroom as well as toys under the bed. left them there!

Loved the layout and the room. It was a home away from home.

Location is great, across from the State Park so no other condos to spoil the view. It's a little bit of a walk through the sand to the beach, but we were right across the street. It was nice having a balcony to enjoy the view, 210 had a bigger balcony than most so that was nice. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed. Dish detergent, laundry soap, dish towels, sponge, TP, and plenty of bath towels were on hand. We had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Parking was plentiful, they left us a tag to display so no issues there. Pool was clean and pleasant. Over all, enjoyable. Many amenities within close driving distance, I'd say nearest restaurant other than Waffle House was almost a mile away so not convenient walking distance.

The closet door was broken, and the sliding glass door to the balcony hung up and almost came off the tracks several times. I reported it to maintenance and thought they were going to come take a look but they did not. Also the people upstairs let their kid(s) run around so for hours we heard the sound of galloping from above. I reported that as well but it didn't get any better. I didn't say anything myself because people are usually vindictive and just act worse. The condo is a little dated/shabby in some spots; and could use some freshening up, for what I paid and with broken items I don't feel it was worth over $1200.
