היה מאד קר (לא הגיעו כל הזמן הזה לטפל בחימום) מעלית שפעם עבדה ופעם לא עבדה, הבניין מטונף לגמרי , רטיבות בקיר, שלחנו מלא תמונות לבקשתם של אנשי הצוות והצוות שפשוט לא הגיע לטפל בכל מיני טענות הזויות, לקחנו את המקום ל5 לילות, ביום הרביעי פשוט ברחנו משם למקום אחר!

The room somewhat looked like the picture
Waiting on customer support call for 4+ hours before being able to reach them through one of the other visitors who was also waiting in front of the property. If you decide to not have support on site than at least make sure you have enough available to call. Seems like the company is greedy to pay more employees. 11 days after my stay I still haven't heard from them about the card they blocked money on and still the number is unreachable which results in me despising the place more as customer service should always be priority especially if you vlaim to have it 24/7. In the appartment there are 2 locked doors which is not good and confusing as it becomes a puzzle at night to find the bathroom or toilet.

Was in a good location and apartment was fairly spacious.
The smell of the apartment building was not nice at all. Quite unclean and unpleasant building. A lot of the facilities in the room where either broken or simply just not there to use as advertised.

The property was spacious and clean. It had all necessary utilities to make a simple meal. It was at the centre of Antwerp with cafes and restaurants all around. It was beautiful.
It was easy to contact the owner. He responded almost immediately to messages and gave good detailed instructions when ask a question.
No air conditioning.
We went on a very hot weekend and the property did not have air conditioning, we had to open the windows to get some air in, but the noise from the cafes and restaurants below was very loud in the night, and in the early morning the streets were being cleaned with some heavy and noisy machinery.

The location, it is only 2 minutes from the train station, not too far from the tourist area and there is loads of restaurants, supermarket and shops around.
On Tuesday all the restaurants around put the bin on the building entrance and the cleaning could be improved.

Convenient location for our chosen activities
The flat was not ready on arrival meaning we had to wait for nearly 2 hours with two young children. Nobody answered our calls for updates and it resulted in us having to spend money on a meal out which wasn’t our intention- if we had the spare money for meals out we would have booked a hotel! WiFi was extremely intermittent. Dirty hand prints on one of the bedroom walls. Not as much seating available as shown in the photos meant we couldn’t all sit together of an evening. Toilet was tiny and not all facilities working - no microwave and the door handle to the front door literally fell off in our hand.
I wouldn’t leave the key in the safe on your trip, we were able to access the property at our chosen check in time (before the cleaners had been) so I presume the same code is used over and over.

Beautiful property in the right location. Love the size and the fact that each room has an ensuite. Definitely great considering I have a large family. Please update cable so we can at least have Netflix.

log in system doesn’t work. refused to help and were happy to leave us on the street claiming there was nothing they could do. took 2 hours persuasion to eventually get the codes, through sending card details (front and back) which seemed very dodgy to be let in and incredibly rude in the process. obviously there was something they could do as we were able to get in in the end. don’t leave people on the street in a country they don’t know for the fault of your own system not working. bizarre and ridiculous. lucky enough we had someone in the group who refused to take no for an answer otherwise we would have been stranded in the middle of Antwerp with no where to stay. Don’t use this company. also not expecting deposit back as they seem the type of company not to do so.

Honestly disgusting! Nothing was clean!
• The sheets did not smell clean.
• There was a thick layer of dust everywhere - for asthma patients it is a nightmare .
• Half of the lamps did not work (customer support on the phone promised to send someone to fix it - never happened).
• Microwave was broken.
• Staff left dirty laundry in our apartment.
• Besides all this it is also a health hazard - the shower is set to 38 degrees Celsius and can not be put higher, which is a risk for legionnaires.
• The floor everywhere was sticky, and doesn’t seem like was cleaned in a very long time.
• Shower was dirty.
• All the walls were full of black stains and scratches.
• The bed was broken.
• The chairs were dirty and broken.
• The water kettle was broken as well. The moment you turn it on, the lights in half of apartment switch off.
• The front door look was poorly fixed (previously). The door isn’t closing properly. That doesn’t give us a safe feeling.
I first contacted the property to see how we can solve all this. But never heard back from them.
That’s why only now, I’m writing this review to prevent other people to get caught in this unsafe and dirty nightmare.

The apartment was nice looking and comfortable. The location is good enough. Very close to the train station and the center.
The apartment was not that clean . If you are travelling with kids you are expecting the level of cleaning is very good.

Nothing about this apartment accommodation was appealing.
The apartments are not maintained and kept clean. Appliances are broken or not present in the apartment as they advertise. The bed mattresses have big dents in them. The walls are covered in dirt marks. Noise from outside the apartment disturbs your sleep as well as noise from adjoining apartments. Customer Services don't resolve your requests for assistance.

Checking in was a bit off but it was okay!

It was really spacious, and the location is unbelievably good. Living room window is 150meters away from antwerp central station. perfect view.
more furniture and decorations would be nice. a bit basic.
