Overall, this property is wonderful.

This was a well priced option for a trip that had 7 people. The response time to all questions was great and the location is close to everything you want without being in the middle of downtown.

1. Update the pictures on your website 2. Replace the batteries in the wall, mounted remote control in the living room 3. Update all kitchen utensils 4. Where was the control for the living room fan? 5. Remove the foosball table and replace it with a coffee table(Only bring the foosball table out if your guests have children or teenagers)

I loved it

It was my oldest daughter’s graduation. My youngest daughter drove down from AZ. It was easy to find. Enough room for everyone to sleep and eat. The backyard had just enough space and clean

Property was basically clean, but needed repairs. Sheetrock problems around shower, holes in walls etc, Shelf in fridge was very dirty. We didn't have hot water the last 2 days that we were there. They said they would fix on first day without but wasn't taken care of. Had to ask for wifi password which we didn't get until the morning after we checked in. Everything was a bit worn. Smallest thin miss-matched towels I have ever seen in a rental. Only thin covelets on beds with no extra bedding. Washer dryer very old and didn't work well. Location was good for where we needed to be. Close to restaurants and stores. Host responded quickly when asked about things.

The location was perfect so close to my job site. Large property with plenty space for my workers. Thank you so much, we will be back soon!
