We didn't like anything, we left before our stay because it was so terrible

We had an atrocious stay. The owner came into the house whilst we were gone and left the door wide open so anyone could have just walked in. We were out for 14 hours that day so we were so lucky nothing was stolen. We knew it was the owner as a shelf had been fixed since we left so they must have come in to do that. This is on top of the oven being full of mould, making it unusable, the doors leaving varnish on whatever they touched, one bedroom door sealing itself shut because of the varnish, the toilet seats were broken, the kitchen floor had food from the previous people on it, shelves were broken, under the beds we found a lighter and a lot of dust, and a bed was broken. It was so bad, we left after just 2 nights to go and stay somewhere else. The owner never replied to any of my messages and I'm still waiting on a response. Do not stay here.

Proximity to tube station and price was ok

Very old property.. toilets were not properly ventilated..exhaust was not working in one of the toilet.. One of the king Matress was unacceptable, uncomfortable... We requested for one extra single bed the host didn't even responded

Living and kitchen room was good with everything we needed

Garbage pile at the backyard. Called the owner couple of times to arrange fans in all rooms as it was humid in June… but to no avail. The bathroom upstairs was too small and very uncomfortable to use…

The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room and the tube station was close by. Necessary shops close by

heating the property was difficult as there were no instructions but we figured it out. Neighbours sometimes got a bit loud but not too disturbing.

Nice and clean house. Contactless check-in and check-out. The photos correspond to reality. The price/quality ratio is satisfactory.

Location was good. Car park available and serve my purpose

Mould on shower cubica silicon. Shower drained so slowly you could only use it for 3 minutes before the tray filled with water. Could not get hold of host for 35 minutes on arrival, had to ask next door for a second phone number before we could get the code for the key box and gain entry.
