Schönes Appartement und guter Lage! Gute Ausstattung aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen!

It was in a great location, very comfortable.

There weren’t enough bath towels and the dining dishes could have been a bit nicer.

Overall it was a fine place to stay. The beach access was great. It had a hot tub and was quiet at night. Plenty of space to spread out. The space was clean as it could be.

The road noise was noticeable in our bedroom. The fridge froze some of our food despite being set to ~45 degrees. The washing machine didn’t work and we were notified 2 days before arrival and told to “pack accordingly.” A problem with the door pad kept us from going out to dinner one night because we were afraid we wouldn’t get back inside. I didn’t like the whole “if you use it up, replace it” vibe. If we’re paying at least as much as a similar hotel I’d expect enough toilet paper to last us our entire stay: two rolls wasn’t much for a week. And if we did use up what was provided, I can understand buying more for ourselves but not to just give it to the next people—it feels like we’re doing the management’s job for them.

We liked the location, just steps from the beach. The condo itself was comfortably furnished, and felt very homey. Lots of room. Everything had been provided for a good holiday by the beach, right down to beach chairs, towels, and beach bag. The kitchen was perfect. We were able to get around well without a car, using buses and Lyfts. The pool was lovely. Hosts gave good instructions so that we were well prepared. Great, great condo.

Location, amenities, had laundry which was helpful since we were on the tail end of a long trip. Super nice place and great value.

Super tight parking spaces, barely enough space for a full size car. But always a space!

Quiet location; good wifi; pleasant neighbors.

"Stunning" is a bit of oversell. Acceptable, but at this price point there were many little issues. Dim lighting; insecticide smell that persisted for a few days; unwashed cooking pots (despite the $183 cleaning fee); insufficient lighting in the parking lot and outdoor walkways (which was a hazard during flash flooding); broken window blind cords; major construction work going on in the pool area, which is surrounded by chicken wire. "Lanai" is the loose definition; it is a inner-facing balcony, not on the ground. Ocean view is a sliver peek if one stands at the back window blinds and looks out through dirty glass. Washing machine worked, but its controls were stuck in a single cycle. What is the daily "service fee" for?

Very nice and comfortable. Well furnished and well kept.

A little difficult to cool down the bedroom.

Great condo, well equipped. Everything you need was available inluding beachchairs and waveboards. A good mix of local people living there and rental homes. All people living their like their community.
