So the first night a couple of feral cats got into a fight outside the window around 2 in the morning. Holy cow it was loud. What a way to wake up. But it was only for a minute the first night. Joking aside, it was the only negative with this stay and it was just the one night. This is a very comfy little place and my wife and I were very pleased. It's an older facility but they did a really great job of renovating this suite. Really nicely done. The kitchen and bathroom were really nice and new and had everything we needed. The big comfy couch in the living room easily sat 3 of us while watching TV. I thought the beds and pillows were comfortable as well. I would have no problem staying here again while visiting my FSU student. The complex is within 10 minutes from the campus and was nice and quiet, well except for catfight club, haha. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Pineappétit for a pineapple bowl. Very tasty.

The inside of the condo was immaculate, well done and very clean. Very peaceful in the back of the complex. However, there were cats everywhere. Every time we went to the car a very nice tan cat greeted us. There were multiple cats climbing on the walls of the patio, a catfight on the roof above the patio. We also had one cat that just stared at us through the patio door while we were inside. Pulling out of the complex onto Pensacola Avenue was very challenging because of the steep little hill (stop at the bottom, look left and if clear go for it up the hill, right turn only). Access info wasn't released until an hour and a half till we got there, which was frustrating because we were traveling without any information..

Cute decor and just enough space. The owner had great communication and allowed our fur babies to stay with us. We loved the big patio area and all the amenities included!

This condo was beautifully decorated inside. We did not get to enjoy the patio as it was cold and rainy but it looked great too. Wry close to FSU.

My wife and I rented this location for our anniversary. The location was perfect - it was within 10-20 minutes of pretty much everywhere we wanted to visit in the area! It was a wonderful place, neatly decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the host made it super easy for us to be able to connect a laptop to the TV for easier media watching. If we come back to Tallahassee, we would definitely stay here again!

This place is all you need for a quick weekend getaway. It’s close to the university and capital. It’s fully equipped with everything you need. We will definitely come back soon.

Marlinda make sure to you don’t miss home ! Everything you will need is there. My husband scratched his hand and we find a first aid kit that save us a trip to the pharmacy. Fully furnished and beautiful decorated we had an amazing time !

I stayed here for a week while working at Florida State. Super close to FSU. I loved the decor and comfiness of this home. It was nice to have a place to come back to that felt like home. All of the kitchen needs were there and a nice big fridge to store your food and goodies. The bedrooms had GREAT mattresses. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was VERY easy to communicate with and extremely responsive.

Great property! Awesome patio with gas fire pit. Used outdoor area both nights. Close to FSU and Doak stadium. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen! Would reserve again!

Great updates to condo-modern & nicely decorated. Older property but maintained well. Condo on back side of building. There are approximately 10 concrete steps up to door--hand rails provided on either side. Owner communicated very well & tended to a maintenance issue very quickly on 1st night. Close to everything.

Marlinda's place was perfect for our needs. We were in town for the FSU orientation and her home was very close to everything. Marlinda provided coffee, shampoo and conditioner for use. We enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed in this beautifully decorated home for 5 days! Clean, very comfortable, had all of the amenities, and was better than we expected. Our host, Marlinda, was very kind and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

This is an extremely clean property that offers everything you need to be comfortable. The remodel is beautiful, everything is very clean and well organized. There are a lot of amenities at your disposal. She offers 2 coffee pots, regular and Keurig. Has spices, sugar, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, etc....... all you need. Marlinda is a gracious hostess who communicates well with her guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here and will be back. Oh, and very centrally located to all FSU/Tallahassee fun!! Everything was nice and up to date. Host was communicative. The only complaints I have is the bathroom sink faucet had low pressure and the master bed needs some attention, for the bed seems to be sinking from the mid to foot of the bed. Other than that, great stay and would definitely book again!

Perfect property for a football game! So convenient to the stadium Very well appointed and comfortable. Loved the private patio and outdoor fire pit.

When we arrived at night, we knew something felt off. The next night we showed up to Police officers everywhere and eventually an Ambulance. We have pictures to prove this and the police reports should be on file. We were blocked from getting to this condo because of the amount of police presence. There was a man with a bloody head and a torn shirt, two women were being questioned, and there were other officers going through a car. My child was terrified and so were we. When I asked the police officer if we could get to our rental, he was astonished that there would be a rental in this complex. He told us to get a hotel immediately and to never stay in this neighborhood again. He said they frequent this complex on the weekend. We were in town for a huge soccer tournament and the hotels were all sold out. After the police officer moved his car for us to park, we ran inside and locked the doors. We didn’t sleep that night, because we were scared of what was happening right outside. We let Marlinda know immediately and she told us to go to Panera and get a dessert and she would pay for it. This response led me to believe this was not the first time she has dealt with this. I have contacted her several times about a refund and she is no longer responding. I am astonished that more reviews did not mention this safety concern, but I don’t want anyone to have the same experience we had. We paid well over what all of our friends did for nice hotels in the downtown area. We do not recommend this place to anyone because of the area.
