Lovely and clean property. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping areas.

Overall we loved the home and would stay there again.
I called the mangament company to check on parking in front of the house and was told it was fine except Tuesday early morning. No alternate was given. By the time I found out I had to PAY to park there I had a ticket and three days of charges. There were a few things needing attention but the things I reported were taken care of that same day.

Rainbow Row is a very pleasant place to stay and visit the city. A great walkable location by the quiet Washington Square. Parking spot is a plus. Rooms are comfortable and essentials are stocked. The courtyard is lovely. We're repeat guests and would definitely stay again. The stairs are a bit steep, especially when carrying luggage, but not a deterrent for the rest of the experience. Hosts are very helpful and the rental process is easy. Only suggestion would be to update the home access to a keynote entry versus the old style lockbox and ancient set of keys. It would also be nice to be able to enter through the courtyard and back door rather than being limited to a single keyset for the front door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt like we were temporarily living in a luxury Victorian townhome. It was comfortable and every evening we felt like we were “going home”. The back courtyard was so relaxing with the koi pond and all the plants. It was like looking into our own little tropical forest type setting.

We really enjoyed staying on Rainbow Row. It was a 5-15 minute walk to most places which made it very convenient. The free parking space was a plus! The house was spotless and very cozy. The beds were comfortable. The courtyard with the fish was so peaceful and quiet. I would stay there again.

Absolutely charming historic home in Savannah literally one block from Bay and River streets. The property was clean and very comfortable with close parking. We really enjoyed our stay and upon returning to Savannah we’ll try and book this listing again!

Four days before my flight I got a call telling me the unit I chose had no A/C and they gave me two options to pick from that were even nicer than the unit I picked. Me and my mom had a comfortable and convenient stay in Savannah because of this team.

This property had a great location. Close and within walking distance to most areas. The best part of our stay was relaxing out back with the koi. The fish were so much fun to hang out with and made a nice spot to have a glass of wine after walking all day to see the squares.

This home is in a perfect location! Close to River Street and all of the shops, restaurants, and historic buildings. Most places were an easy walk. Such a beautiful historic home. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The fact that we had a private parking space was so necessary as parking in Savannah can be tricky. We had a wonderful stay!

This property is in the perfect location to walk to and enjoy all the restaurants, bars, shops and shows. The house is clean, spacious and has a wonderful backyard patio that we enjoyed every morning and evening. The fish pond with the sounds of the fountain created a tranquil atmosphere. Some reviewers mentioned the stairs, but it wasn't an issue at all. It's not anything out of the ordinary for a historical 2 story home, so nothing to fear! We'd definitely stay again for the spacious bedrooms, private bathrooms, entertaining space, location, décor and cleanliness.

This home is amazing. Built in 1890, on Washington square and is mentioned on the Savannah Trolly tour. It has been tastefully renovated with all the modern amenities you could ask for. Within walking distance to River Street, and many good restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This house is in an excellent location near the river and just a block from The Pirate House restaurant. There are two small squares within walking distance to relax and enjoy the ambience. It is centrally located enough that waits for Uber were very short. You really don't need a car at all unless you are going to Tybee Island or further afield. Our group consisted of active older adults so the stairs mentioned in the property description were not a real concern, but it is important for any other prospective tenants to realize that they could be a concern as both bedrooms are on the second level.
It would have been much handier for us as two couples not necessarily doing everything together, if there had been two sets of keys so that we didn't have to store the keys in the outside lockbox (which is very small and not easy to utilize in the dark) in order to come and go seperately. We didn't actually use the kitchen for hardly anything but the coffee maker but is seemed well equipped and adequate for anyone other than a serious foodie. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this property to anyone

This property was exactly as described and reflected in the pictures. It was a beautiful, convenient location-close enough to walk to the river as well as restaurants such as The Old Pink House and The Pirates' House. We felt very safe staying here. The rental came with all we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This historic home is absolutely charming and perfectly located. It is close to Bay street and River and a block away from the Pirates House Restaurant. The home is generally clean and very well appointed, however it needs a deep clean. The interior windows colonial shutters add much beauty to the decor but have not been dusted in a long time, similarly there’s a dark layer of dust on the ornate white wood window sills, thicker on the upstairs windows. And the black buildup of dust is evident on the upstairs ceiling fans.There is also some mold on the master bathroom shower ceiling. We also noticed a dark rim around the a/c vents at bathroom and kitchen. In the kitchen, the oven only works at broil or bake at 350 preset, and the stove numbers don’t work so it’s impossible to set any other oven temperatures.We generally enjoyed our stay, but beware if you are sensitive to dust/allergies.

We had a wonderful visit. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and in a perfect location.
I was a bit worried about the previous review that said that the stairs were rickety and that the upstairs rooms were musty, but neither were accurate. It was absolutely perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to everything. The house is perfect for 4 people, plenty of room. Like others said yes it does have a musty smell when you first arrive but it’s an old home, and we didn’t notice the smell after a little bit. The courtyard is very pretty and relaxing.
Everything was very clean. We didn’t like the soap that is there, but just our preference. If you plan to go during hot months be aware the AC can not go below 75, which doesn’t feel so great - but may not bother others. Rental agency is easy to communicate with at any time. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend.

Arriving, parking, and entering the home couldn’t have been easier.Our stay at the Lucky Savannah home started at 8:00pm, 4 adults were unpacked and relaxing within 10-15 minutes. The instructions were clear, simple and without a glitch. We visited Savannah because of a wedding, but stayed 2 extra days to enjoy the city. Our Lucky Savannah home was within a few dozen steps of Bay Street. Anywhere in old Savannah is wonderful but being so close to the river really worked perfectly for us. The back courtyard was an ideal spot to start the day with coffee and end the day socializing with friends. I look forward to heading back again soon. I’ll definitely plan the trip around the availability of this home.
