It was amazing. The staff is the best I have ever met. The restaurant food and service was very impressive. The location of the hotel is exactly what I wanted. When I return to Sri Lanka again, and if I want to stay in the south of the island, then only at the ChariLake Hotel. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Greta hotel in great location.

On arrival, staff were inattentive and made us feel like we were an imposition. Sitting around, watching TV in the dinning room. Even getting drinking water was a struggle. Improved markedly when we threatened to leave Limited menu in no way reflected the website. No alcohol license should be mentioned on the website

Amazing location - Loved the beautiful greenery as opposed to the snow-filled landscapes that I see back in Norway. The whole staff felt like family. The food was exceptional - and this was such a treat to know we had incredible tasty eats in the comfort of the hotel area. One of my favorite experiences was riding canoes in the lagoon. Exceptional quality & will be looking forward to returning in the future!

The food was great, and the location was breathtaking and peaceful. Just the place for you to unwind and relax. Staff were good and attentive. Overall it was a lovely stay. Look forward to stay here again!
