Location was perfect, surrounded by great cafes and bars and restaurants, right by the sea. Beds were very comfortable! Shower was fantastic, staff were friendly and very accommodating, warm and cosy! Sunrise and Sunset over the bay in winter were gorgeous

Location was fantastic! So many restaurants and bars around so loads of choice. Also in walking distance to the beach, amusements and the cinema. Room was lovely and clean. Great facilities within it.

Great location. Very comfortable bed, clean and perfect for a short stay. The meal we had in the restaurant was delicious.

The room was very comfortable, a bit small but I already read that so knew before coming. Staff were very willing to help me with my suitcase up the spiral staircase- so appreciated! The b&b is a short walk (20 mins or so) away from the main Galway city center. There are lots of takeaways near and is so close to the water/ boardwalk walkway so feels nice if you’re not after something in the hustle and bustle. Coffee/ tea facilities are outside of the room in the corridor.

Clean and very nice rooms, restaurant below was amazing. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful as well.

A little bit of noise from the kitchen, but it ended at a perfectly reasonable time and didn’t bother us too much.

This is a great place to stay in Salthill. I stayed here for a total of four nights in an eleven day period. Thomas, the manager is very welcoming, friendly, and chatty. During one of my stays he even introduced me to the owner Joanna. I stayed in two different rooms. Both were not the biggest but they were clean, bright, modern, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. If you stay in a room at the front of the property, you might get a little bit of noise from the nearby taxi company but that was not a big problem for me. I highly recommend this place.

No one available at all times

The property is close to the prom, it’s very clean and bed and bedlinen are very comfortable and good quality. I slept well, used the earplugs. Nice to have a glass of wine in tapas bar downstairs. Food and atmosphere looked good but I didn’t eat there as had other plans.

The room is tiny and I don’t know how you can call it a small double. It’s a small single room. Fine for one person, would not suggest a couple book it. No breakfast available. Also my friend and I had to make a change to our booking (we had separate rooms but one of us could only stay one night ) Black Cat told us to contact Booking, Booking told us only Black Cat could change it. There was to- ing and fro- ing over several days and in the end Black Cat did sort it out. Don’t know why they couldn’t just have done it in the first place.

Loved the room . Great design and use of space .Seems like plenty of time and hard work went into maximising the space . Maybe not for you if you are fussy but plenty of warning in introductory email about quiet times . Facilities in room are all good quality .

Love the location near the ocean. The restaurants are just on the other side of the road. The room was very beautifull with some delicious teas. The host was very welcoming and so kind.

The only thing is that the water had a weird taste of parfums.
