La nostra casa si trova a pochi minuti di auto dal centro commerciale Snowmass Village, dal Base Village, dal centro e dalla zona base Two-Creeks. Siamo a 12 miglia da tutte le ricchezze culturali del centro di Aspen e nelle vicinanze di tutti gli sport estivi imperdibili come le Campane Maroon.

Quando entri nella nostra casa, sei accolto da un ampio ingresso con accesso 24 ore su 24 e un locale per i fanghi per i tuoi attrezzi a sinistra. In fondo a una rampa di scale c'è un soggiorno vetrato con soffitto alto con camino. Adiacente è una grande cucina di formato aperto con cocktail bar e pass-through per servire e intrattenere. Oltre a questo e di fronte alla cucina c'è un tavolo da pranzo con 12 posti a sedere e una zona salotto e giochi secondari dietro. Questo è un posto perfetto per trascorrere un weekend o una notte di Natale in famiglia.
Dietro la cucina è una lavanderia completa con lavatrice e asciugatrice. In fondo al corridoio sullo stesso piano c'è una stanza di polvere. Beyond è una camera da letto con due letti singoli, una cabina armadio annessa e un bagno privato con due lavandini, vanità indipendente e doccia e vasca con una porta chiusa.
Al piano superiore al secondo livello diviso sono due camere da letto matrimoniali. Entrambe le camere hanno un letto king size, bagni en-suite con docce chiuse, servizi igienici e vasche da bagno adiacenti alle vanità doppio lavabo e un ampio spazio armadio tutto avvolto in uno stile favoloso.
Un piano su è un grande studio e un ufficio interamente in legno con divani completi, un bar, una zona mini-frigo e un bagno privato.
Nel seminterrato, c'è un secondo soggiorno per i bambini o gruppi di gruppo, e due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. La camera doppia ha una doccia e vasca sul bagno annesso e la camera matrimoniale una doccia.

While this property doesn’t appear to have been renovated or updated in a while, it has one of the best layouts for multiple families that I’ve seen in Snowmass over the 15+ years we have been renting. Multiple rooms with king sized beds, multiple living areas to spread out and separate generations, and a fantastic location not too high up Faraway. Highly recommended for anyone with 3 or more families.

Skippy and his team were wonderfully easy to deal with, communicating everything from check in to check out perfectly. The house is certainly one of the more unique houses my group of 9 have ever stayed in over the past 14 years weve been traveling as a group. Plenty of space, this rental features 4 living room areas in addition to 5 bedrooms all with their own private bath. The bonus room or office at the top of the property can also be considered an extra bedroom. We really like how the jacuzzi was located literally right next to the kitchen door, making in and out very easy without freezing to death! Additionally the house is stocked with plenty of items that I would say most rentals dont have like paper towels, TP, soaps, detergents, etc. Literally all the comforts of home are available at this rental so all you really have to do is show up and have a great time! If your group is large and needing lots of space, this rental is perfect!

Nice house, tons of room. Close to snowmass village. One of the king beds had a very firm foam mattress that killed my back but otherwise the rooms were big and held all 9 of my family members easily. Internet service in the house was great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, seasonings, etc. definitely worth checking out if you have a large group.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we could have asked for and more. Communication was very easy and the host left detailed instructions about everything. Our group was traveling from the east coast for our annual ski trip and our stay couldn’t have gone any smoother. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a large, comfortable and affordable accommodation which is also located about 5 minutes drive from the base of Snowmass. While it does take about 20-30 minutes to get into downtown Aspen, we had no trouble finding cabs or other transportation into town and everyone was friendly and willing to make the trip.

We had a great stay! This home is beautifully decorated and very cozy. So many bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Lots of games for the family to play. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of skiing. It was only a 5 minute car ride to get to everything...skiing, shopping, dining. Skippy with SkyRun was awesome and provided everything we needed to know. He kept in touch with us before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this home.

The house was superbly located for hitting the slopes and in a peaceful neighborhood so we could relax in the evenings.

This property just goes on and on. There is plenty of space for many groups and the large deck offers gorgeous views. We loved staying here.

We loved our stay. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable. The beds were so comfortable . Living room, dinning room, kitchen had so much area for us to hang out and enjoy. when we walked in we were so excited at how many bedrooms and how big they were how much space we had for our family. The deck is gorgeous too.

This house was wonderful. Vast amounts of space and decorated to the feel of the area. A two minute drive to Snomass Mtn and Village or a 25-30 min drive into downtown Aspen, the location is great. The hot tub was a wonderful addition outside. Lots of different rooms to enjoy and decompress. The house was stocked with firewood which was also a great highlight as we loved using the fireplace.
Would most definitely stay again!

This is the place!
I made an error in initially going to a condo in Snowmass village and while that is closer to the action it is not nearly as comfy as this place. This place was about a mile up a mountain over Snowmass. You will need a car. It is idyllic. The view is perfect. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Many rooms. Very well maintained. Nice area to hike from. Easy to get to the trails from this house. Perfect kitchen. All the appliances you could want. One of the nicest overall locations I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

The oven/stove did not work at all, and when someone came by to fix it, they turned on the indoor sauna and smoked out the whole house. The boiler is connected to the hot water heater, so you had to have the boiler (ie heat) on to have hot water....in summer warm months! A lot of small appliances had issues, and we were constantly having to check in with the property manager for help because of these issues. The oven/stove was never fixed, and we had to eat out every meal even though we had bought groceries and were staying with young toddlers - very stressful. Despite how nice the house was, I would not stay here for fear of more issues.

Spacious and beautiful views.
Plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out. All the cooking and serving dishes needed. Clean. Beautiful view from the deck. We saw a bear and a fox. We would stay there again.

Great house for a group
We loved the house. Lots of room , great beds, good views huge deck. Kitchen was well appointed. We had a fabulous time here and would stay again if we were in the area. Skippy was great and very responsive if we had any questions.
