The apartment is conveniently located to the mall, excellent facilities within in the apartment and the apartment complex. The host was professional and friendly. The view from every room was amazing. The area is nice and quiet without any traffic noise. The bed is amazingly comfortable. The apartment is well equipped with everything that you would need. The apartment is clean and tidy, with cleaning material available within the apartment as well. It’s one of the best apartments that we have stayed at in Israel and would definitely recommend it. The rating of 3 out of 5 does not do this property justice and I would give it a 5 out of 5!

The staff were amazing supportive , everything asked was fulfill in hours, the location is amazing close to the beach mall restaurants pharmacy grocery and more, the Appartment was species and accommodate easily 5-6 people the kitchen is fully equipped with comfy machine and new appliances, we got 2 parking spots , the swimming pool and hot tub fit for small children with life guard . compare to other apartments and room hotels I think this property provide a good value for your money.

Very great location and big Apartment

There were roaches that I saw from the minute I came in running on the kitchen counter. That was my first impression of the place. It was late at night so I couldn’t leave to anywhere else at midnight and during Covid. There were more Roaches under the sink as well. I informed the management immediately and nothing was done. I asked for a refund for one night and not to pay the cleaning fee and they did not call me back and have denied booking.com as well. Horrible customer service. Not even the decency to return my calls when I wanted to resolve it amicably and called 5 times. I even said that I rent out a property of my own and do not want to write a bad review and rather resolve it and they still would not call me back so I felt forced to do this.
