Extremely happy with the service and facilities in the hotel, good location and easy to access, many attractions nearby i wish to repeat my visit to this hotel

It’s an utter waste. No hot water. No cleanliness.

Location is near to Ooty lake, room is spacious.

Staffs are not active, issue with services and no bone fire 🔥.

Multiple reasons of giving worst rating to this hotel: 1. Very rude & un-professional staffs. They don't even know how to treat & talk with customers; specially the one who was available at reception desk. After complaining about facilities he was asking to go and contact Booking.com and kitchen etc. 2. No water, no electricity for many hours. They switched off geysers from outside and did not switch on even after requesting them multiple times. 3. Worst breakfast and very less and limited number of items. We stayed there for 2 days but could have only one day breakfast. 4. Dinner was overpriced for the quality and quantity they provided.

Nothing care taker or owner was rude and taking like a rowdy, this is never recorded hot to family

1.waste hostel..its not hotel it hostel..never ever ask any one to visit. 2.owner and workers are very least bothered.. though they charge bomb but service worst than any 3rd class b- grade hotels 3. Owner tells if u want stay u can stay or leave..but money will not be refunded.. 4.rooms are very bad than public toilets 5. Food timings are only 1hr..u come u wil get else getlost. 6.looting ppl in name of stars..they should rate as -10 star. 7. No hospitality,no hotel mgr,no hotel mgmt skills, even staff tells owner is rude and arrogant.. even they are here only coz of necessity. 8. Room heater is chargeable ie 1500/- only, take or go and die in cold ur wish.. 9. 4 to 5 items menu. If u want order else use zomato is what we were told. 10. Room service guy stairs as if we have taken his property..throw things n leave..if food or anything is spilled..tells take it or throw it. **PLS DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL AND SPOIL YOUR TRIP...COZ OF THIS WORST HOTEL,DECDIDE TO NVR VISIT OOTY**
