Top Notch house and management company. We spotted few maintenance items. The office sent a maintenance employee right away to fix the issues. Only one problem:The last step of the stairs blend in with the landing. 2 guest thought the last step was the landing. Both slipped and nearly fell.

This was a great place to stay in the Keys. Off the busy Duval St but only a quick ride on the golf cart. Beautiful home with a great view of the water. We'll be looking to rebook in April for another visist.

Our stay was incredible. Truly paradise. The home is tucked away along the water surrounded by beautiful tropical trees. The private pool was such a helpful addition as we spent many afternoons there. The home was in pristine condition and accommodated our large family easily. Breakfast and shopping options were in walking distance along with jet ski rentals. We used ride share apps to get the downtown area and they were quick and affordable. I cannot recommend this property enough.

We had a wonderful stay in Sailor's Son. It's roomy, well appointed, close enough to downtown Key West, but far enough away that you have a good sleep. The decks overlooking the water are wonderful. Management was totally efficient and very responsive. Everyone was very happy!

Loved the house, great location nice and quiet and management company was easy to work with. The main complaint I have is the bedroom carpets were dirty. We also had a broken lock on one of the sliding doors but we reported that so hopefully it has been fixed.

Some friends and I had a very enjoyable stay while we were diving in Key West. The house is clean and well maintained. If you're a cook, make sure you pick up spices, oil, etc. as there were zero leftovers from prior guests, just FYI. Plenty of utensils and such. We would definitely stay again. Having use of the garages is a great amenity.

Came here to celebrate the holidays with my three older brothers and mom, we all had private bedrooms and showers, the location was within walking distance to the grocery store, golf cart rental, and all other essentials for our trip. 10-minute golf cart ride or Uber to Duval. Highly recommend golf cart rental as it was easier to find parking downtown vs taking a car with the high parking prices.

Stairs were a bit of a struggle with a baby, location was a little noisy with the Home Depot forklifts running at 8 am. Everything was clean and as advertised. Taxes and fees are so much, and we def needed the golf cart to get around town. Lots of great places for breakfast very close.

Seven retired ladies enjoyed this beautiful home for a girls getaway. The home was well laid out, bedrooms were comfortable and four bathrooms were a plus. The view of the water was lovely, deck areas comfortable and the kitchen perfects for cooking.The home does need a bit of refreshing, such as bar stools that need to be replaced. The management company was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The home is not handicap accessible, we were aware that there would be stairs to climb but unaware and would have appreciated hand bars in the showers for safety reasons. I mention these as suggestions for the homeowner to consider but certainly do recommend this lovely home, as many memories were made and laughs shared at Sailors Son.

This is an annual girls trip of four women. It is the first time we have used Key West Vacation Homes. We will definitely be using them every year in the future. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean.
The individuals at Key West Vacation Homes could not have been more accommodating. I shipped two boxes beforehand and they had them waiting inside the house on our arrival. They helped us secure dinner reservations at Latitudes. They gave us recommendations on and helped us book several activities. They recommended a massage therapist that came to the house and gave us a massage on the back deck which was superb!
I cannot recommend this agency enough.
The only negative thing I can say, which really was not a huge deal but just an inconvenience, is the parking is extremely tight if you have a bigger vehicle. I have a Suburban which was very hard to get in and out of the driveway. Luckily, for us, the agency had helped us rent a golf cart. So we only had to get the vehicle out upon departure.

Accomodations went above and beyond my expectations. I loved having coffee on the back porch overlooking the water, and unit is easily in walking to distance to grocery, drug store, food places etc. Just a short bike ride in to town that we didn't even use the rental car we had. There was so much space one entire bedroom and bath wasn't even used. Plenty of privacy for our crew of 6 and will definitely return.

The house is gorgeous and pictures are exactly what you see. Everything a family could want to be comfortable and the pool was a big hit! This is a 10 min golf cart ride to Duval street and just a few minutes from the marina. Uber was also a good option because parking downtown is hard to find sometimes and can cost more then Uber. Close to shopping and easy access to food, groceries, etc. Safe neighborhood for walking. Key West was a blast for the whole family!

This home is beautiful and we loved the quiet, private location. The outdoor living space was fantastic! There were only a few drawbacks --the lack of amenities being the first. We stayed for a full week and there was one roll of paper towels, TWO dryer sheets?!, etc. For the price we paid, the provisions seemed almost stingy. Also, the listing stated that the twin beds could be made into a King, but they were regular twins and not twin XL's, so the makeshift "King" was super short (for my 6'8" brother and his 6' wife). BUT, overall our stay was lovely and the property met all of our other needs. The layout and pool were fantastic!

This property was the perfect place to spend time with our adult children. It was quiet and relaxing while only being a 10 min drive by golf cart to great restaurants, beaches, night life, airport, etc.

Had a great long weekend at this beautiful property with friends. Convenient to grocery and liquor stores for supplies for house. Also a deli and coffee shop in the nearby shopping center, and a nice restaurant and bar at the parrott key resort next door to the Key Cove homes where this house is located. Could walk or Uber to old Town area; about two miles to Duval Street but Ubers easy to get if that is too long a walk for your group. Beautiful view from house. Nice private pool area with pool towels and nice lounge chairs provided.
Only minor complaint we had was would have been nice to have some salt and pepper and maybe cooking oil spray in kitchen so didn't have to buy to do basic cooking.

The only thing I’ll say is that after booking, the address I kept receiving was 201 Front St. This is not the address of the property you will be staying at. It is the address of the vacation home office. Be sure to inquire about the actual address of where you will be staying. Nonetheless, we had a great time and would book the same place if we went back.

This place is awesome and literally has everything you need to feel right at home! The views are spectacular from the wrap around porch, very nicely decorated and comfortable, the master bed and bath are huge!! We really enjoyed the heated pool! Great location - just walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to Duval St and Fort Zach Taylor Park. Javier went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay here! My only issue is that it wasn't very clean, but that would not keep me from staying here again!
