It’s location was convenient for attending Resorts World Arena Comfy bed and everything was clean Comprehensive check in information

Tired decor and very sparsely furnished, although this was just a base for us so it didn’t bother us too much.

Good location. Well equipped into details, even provide children's shampoo :) Appartement clean and comfy. We had a pleasant stay😊

a sofa bed was missing so someone was forced to sleep on the floor. the smock detectors did work and where held to the ceiling with veloce.

The property was in bad condition, front door had been previously kicked in and door locks were very loose. There was mould on the bathroom floor, smoke alarms had been removed, stains over the sofa , the hoover smelt like it had been used to clean up vomit . There was loads of black bags and rubbish outside the property and the neighbours were having massive arguments which could be heard with lots of swearing and banging leaving us feeling unsafe .

every thing else was perfect and hope to use the same apartment again in future stays in Birmingham.also have recommended this flat to other people aswell

every thing was good apart from no bed linen for the fifth person on sofa bed.and the fact that the remote for the carpark hate want working properly
