Adults only. Safe. Quiet at night. Great location. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

Smokey near the pool. Not sure where it was coming from. But caused headache. Is trash being burned nearby? Shower floor extremely slippery-accident waiting to happen. Wish there'd been a table with chairs to eat at in room.

The location was great and within walking distance to everything.

The pool area was shaded 95% of the time. The area needed more attending to. I also did not like the shared kitchen.

No one explained how to lock my door in # 5. I realized the next morning I had slept with an unlocked door.

It was perfect for us. The staff was super friendly and held our bags until we could check in, and we were able to check in 2 hours early. The room was simple, but very clean and spacious. We were on the ground floor so it was cool but it did have a modern mini-split heating/cooling unit. We were one block from the Main Street and two blocks from the beach so perfect location. They have a small pool in the courtyard, but we opted to swim in the ocean instead. I would absolutely stay here again. San Pancho is a beautiful town and Casa de Giulio was perfect.

Can’t think of anything. Some people might want a balcony or view which we didn’t have, but we were only there one night and that didn’t matter to us.

Private, quiet…well except for the rooster ha,ha. Perfect location would stay there again!

Casa #3 could use a light above the bathroom sink. Paper towel or towels in kitchen would be great.

The location was great, off the Main Street and close to the beach. There was a pool area with a communal kitchen, very relaxing.

Room #7 was probably the smallest and the most uncomfortable. We asked for an upgrade but couldn’t accommodate. Not much info given at check-in.

The hotel was in a nice area close to the beach. The rooms were sunny and very clean. Loved the bed and pillows. Had a great sleep there.

Maby the roosters in the area are a bit loud but it is common there and nothing that earplugs cannot solve.

Great location! Very close to the beach and the centre, however a little off the main street so it was quiet at night. Comfy beds and mini fridge! We also enjoyed the heated pool in the evening!

Only half a block from the main street, it was still very calm and quiet. The room was nice and comfortable. The pool was small but warm. Maybe a bit too warm. There are a number of restaurants in the area. The best breakfast you get at La Chalupa on the same street, across the main street. A taco restaurant on the next street, right behind the hotel is amazing. The beach is closer than the description says.

Our room was facing the pool. At night it felt as if you were sitting in a storefront. There were only blinds that you could use, which made it difficult to pass the door, if you used those. A common curtain would have been much better. There is a power outlet and antenna connection on the wall, but no TV! The third floor is under construction, but they work mostly when you are on the beach.

The room was very calm and peaceful!

i liked everything. especially the fact that as soon as I made the reservation and not a minute has gone by when I already had two messages from the property thanking me and instructing me where to check in.

Loud noise. Bait and switch - promise to give you a nice and quiet room - and then give you a terrible room hoping you will pay up.

This place is a haven. Quiet peaceful clean. Wonderful respite from the sun. I love it so much here. Made my stay really special.
