La hacienda está de ensueño, un lugar encantador. La habitación divina, cómoda y silenciosa. El baño es muy amplio, me gustó que tuviera dos lavamos con sus espejos. La vista de la piscina es fenomenal. Es muy seguro y privado el lugar. Está muy cerca del centro, caminando y en carro.

Que la habitación no tenía mini refrigerador.

La habitación con alberca privada y las camas! descansas muchisimo

No salía agua caliente de la regadera, igual podrían considerar poner cafeteras en los cuartos.

Location was great! We were close enough to town to walk across the bridge that was directly across the property. The room was huge and loved that we had a fridge. Waking up to the sounds of all the chickens and birds was very peaceful (we have chickens at home so the noise is normal for us)

Maybe coffee in the lobby? We did have water in the room which was super nice! But honestly this place was great.

El staff fue extremadamente amable y servicial, nos dieron sugerencias de restaurantes con delivery ya que el hotel no cuenta con room service, pero fue perfecto para mantener el vibe del pueblo.

El hotel está un poco descuidado, pero es entendible por la humedad de Nayarit (acababa de pasar la temporada de lluvias), muchísimo potencial en este espacio. Los cuartos están en excelentes condiciones así que no es algo para quejarse. El servicio lo compensa.

The hotel gardens are lovely and the rooms are quite large, the pool is very nice, the location is very close to the town but still having privacy.

When we were there, there was no food service or bar at the hotel at all, all the food and drinks we had to either order or get outside during the whole stay. Sadly, there were also no chairs or tables to rest at the beach, it was just sitting on a towel in the scorching sand, and the umbrellas for the pool area were not put in place to enjoy shadow by the pool (since the sun gets really intense). The private room pools had some mold and they told us there was no problem that by next day they would be okay, but the problem lasted several days until the last day they looked clean enough to enjoy but it was time to go. It would have been good to get told beforehand or get compensation.

We were looking for an upscale hotel for our 3 night stay in San Pancho and we liked the grounds, the contemporary style and furnishings. The staff was friendly. After an hour, however, we realized it was a facade. We very much appreciated the styrofoam ice chest they provided for our self purchased ice use in the room. The room was roomy and we enjoyed the outdoor soaking pool and deck.

This place is a clip out of “The Shining”. Some developer in Guadalajara invested a lot of money in a big piece of oceanfront property but it seemed to be abandoned. The skeleton crew that was left behind had to go to their own homes (?) to provide basic amenities such as a corkscrew and a coffeemaker. There was no ice, no food, no coffee and no coordination among staff. We waited 15 minutes for a cart to the pool and beach but they never showed up. We then learned that we could drive ourselves - which we did. The pool area ended up being unstaffed and empty (no towels or bar) and in disrepair (bathrooms and tiles in pool).
