We enjoyed last year’s stay so much we came back again this year! The home is spacious, sunny and spotlessly clean. We loved sitting on the deck to wind down in the evening and cooking dinner in the well appointed kitchen. The short distance to Long Sands beach combines a relaxing, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach, eliminating the complexity of parking. The location was a quick drive to shopping at Short Sands Beach and downtown Portsmouth. Kelly is a great hostess. She’s very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying here again.

This house was perfect for what we needed for our trip! The house was great and exactly as described online. The neighborhood was nice and it was also a close walk to the beach.

This bright, airy and spacious home provided a great setting for our beach get away. The combination of a quiet neighborhood and short walk to Long Sands beach was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Kelley was a great host and provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. There were many beds and bedrooms and we cooked many meals here while visiting the area. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend it to anyone traveling with family. Thank you!!

The house is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Sofas and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped and modern. Loved the stove! It’s not too far from the beach. We knew we had to bring sheets and towels but we were there in April and could have used some more blankets.

The area was pretty, convierte to everything we needed. The place was spotless. The rooms and beds were cozy. We brought our own sheets as expected. Only criticism was no towels, I would have liked hand towels for after bathroom use. Thank you, we would stay here again.

Everything about the weekend was great, the house was extremely clean, and exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone really enjoyed our time there, and it was big enough to be comfortable even during a rainy Saturday with everyone in the house. It is under 20 minutes to downtown Portsmouth. Highly recommended!

It was a super find on VRBO. Excellent condition and very spacious. Beautifully decorated and spotless. We had a wonderful time and great location to the beach (walkable). Will be booking for next summer. I highly recommend this beautiful home to a beautiful location in Maine.

The house was perfect for our family foe the week. The house was clean, has the basics needs. It was a quick walk to the beach. Quick drive great sea food and ice cream. We would stay at the home again!

Lovely new home with large bedrooms, plenty of space for all of us. Really happy with the quality of appliances, cookware and dishes. Easy walk to the beach.

We took our annual family trip to York this past June. The house was even better than we imagined - an excellent layout for families, spacious bedrooms (with comfortable beds!), and plenty of outdoor space. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk and the town, with plenty of attractions, just a few minutes drive. We will be back!

This property was exactly as pictured on the website.. Very spacious, modern, and lovely. Can easily sleep 9 adults with plenty of room for dining and socializing. Kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware and tools, dishes, silverware, etc. However, no food type items at all...oils, spices, etc. As for other items, a roll of paper towels and t.p. was about it. The washer/dryer is very handy and laundry detergent was provided. Wish we could have had more time in York Beach!

Stayed here for my sisters wedding and it was very spacious and not far from the beach, would definitely stay again

Great house for a family

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were able to visit with family in the area and had plenty of space in the house. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus! Would love to stay again.

Perfect place for a getaway.

Really nice house. Everything was super clean. Looks like the floors and kitchen were recently updated (don't know for sure but everything looked new regardless). We just had a short stay so didn't really do much cooking, but the kitchen would be perfect to make whatever you need. Host was very responsive. Bunk beds were fun for the kids. Can't really think of any negatives. Would love to visit again in the summer. Thanks!

This property is beautiful and my family enjoyed our stay. However four days after checkout, I recieved a concerning message and incured additional charges. The fee is not the issue. I am more disheartened that my family would be accused of damaging property and leaving behind a mess that is not reflective of our experience in the home during our stay. We are a family of blue collar employees. My mother still works in the home of a family where she has served as caretaker and nanny for over 20 years. The ability to rent a home and spend a weekend up in Maine is a treat for our family and we treat that opportunity with the respect it deserves. I have never before felt so disrespected by unwarranted accusations. It is not in my nature to publicly air my concerns but in light of the world we live in today it is important that all voices have an opportunity to be heard. Overall a beautiful property in a great location. Just a bad experience on the backend.

It was the perfect location only a few mins from the beach. The house was so clean and modern. It’s gamer friendly with fast Internet. We needed help with something and they responded back almost instantly.

My sisters and our daughters have been doing M/D annual getaways, this being our 7th year. We have rented houses many times with great results and this home is up there with the best of them. This property is very clean with pretty much everything one could need. Very comfortable beds and nautical/beachy design. Short walk to Long Sands Beach. When I asked questions of the owner she replied to me very promptly. I would recommend and/or stay in this property again for sure!!
