It was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary equipment for a short stay. We didn’t get to use the TV but nice that it had the option of Netflix.

we arrived late due to work and there was no hot water to use in the sink to wash up after eating unfortunately as it only comes on at set times. The rental agency tried to charge us a security and damages deposit and this was not clear at all or outlined at the start of the booking process. They also explained it was because we booked last minute and I don’t understand why in advance or last minute would be different? We had no problem paying or doing this, but advise it is completely transparent upon booking to help others know. They asked for it to be transferred to an account directly and I would of only wanted to pay through booking.com to secure proof. In the end they honoured we didn’t have to pay this.
