Very attractive hotel with friendly staff. We wish it had been made clear prior to our visit that there is no lift. Had we known we would have asked for a ground floor room.

Friendly welcome at reception. The hotel was very busy yet surprisingly quiet and very centrally located.

We had a lovely stay at Bush Hotel. Clean, quiet and cozy - myself and my 3 year old enjoyed it all. Check-in was smooth and easy, very close proximity to town - you wouldn't think the town was so close as the hotel was so quiet! Comfortable bed with extra pillows available and a nice little bathroom. Thank you.

The service and stag here were excellent and the setting could not be beat!

First room provided smelled badly of fresh paint - moved to OK second room by very helpful staff. Restaurant meal average at best and online photos suggested a cleaner, nicer hotel. Overall OK but wouldn’t stay again out of choice - have stayed in better for less

We had a one night stay at The Bush. Very impressed by the garden and the age of the hotel. Comfortable bed and room clean.

Let's start with the only good bits! Staff friendly and helpful. Nice surroundings. Interior clean. Now the bad bits! Booked a twin room given a Double! Telephone didn't work. Just two small ginger biscuits and Impossible to open Coffee sachets without scissors! Single Pillow with cushion which was sticky, yuck. Water pump I assume switching on every 5 minutes, during the night probably quieter sleeping next to a Frigate Engine room! I was on the second floor. Cooked English breakfast which was self service, food not that hot, bacon like leather! Not impressed. I did complain and got a small refund back but thankfully I was staying just the one night. As for price well not cheap, including drinks at the bar. Sorry Bush Hotel I won't be going back again. A pity as Farnham is a nice Town and a good quality Hotel would make a good profit I'm sure.

Lovely hotel in brilliantly central location. Would certainly stay there again. Very relaxed, despite a massive wedding party being there on the Saturday.

Nice hotel in the centre however receptionist was awful! We had a wedding to attend so called to see if we could have an early check in and whilst advised they couldn’t guarantee it, they were sure they would be able to sort something out so we could get ready. However on arrival the receptionist said they didn’t have one clean room for us to check into which was only 1 hour before actual check in time! We were forced to get ready in the communal toilets in tiny cubicles which was all she would offer us! These were on different floors so sharing luggage was challenging to say the least let alone having to steam our outfits on the corridors! I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated! It ruined the wedding for us and put a very bad taste on our visit to the area. My husband did speak to the manager when we were leaving in a rush to get to the wedding who apologised and gave us free breakfast, however our day had been ruined! A real shame as the following day all the other staff we met were lovely and the hotel was nice as was the breakfast. But would not return or recommend.

We loved our stay at the Bush Hotel. Extremely convenient location, very short walk to rail station, close to shops, restaurants, and beautiful tree lined walking tracks.

Welcoming check in and lovely stay

We enjoyed the service, food, bar, and even a jazz concert on the property. If you’re depending on the WiFi capacity in the guest rooms, you need to check with staff to make sure you can get it. But an overall, very pleasant stay.

We had a garden room and mirror in bathroom or bedroom are not suitable to do make up or shave one in bathroom can’t get near it as sink then a shelf! As going son’s wedding this was a big disappointment!

Great hotel - comfy beds, clean rooms, excellent customer service, delicious breakfast. Really nice hotel with a very welcoming atmostphere. I'd happily come back and stay here to explore Farnham.

Bush Hotel is a beautiful hotel located in the town center of Farnham. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance to choose from. It is a busy business hotel also and not just cater for holiday makers. Quality breakfast and great service from a UK standard. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was lovely and the staff even more so - a special thank you to Reine at Reception and Kat in service for making our stay extra comfortable. It was our first time away with our new 9 week old baby and we felt very well looked after.

This is a great place. We stayed with a 9 year old and a dog. Nothing was too much trouble - even though a wedding reception was on, we had a quiet room well away from it. Everything was very thoughtful. Staff were great and very engaging. We would definitely stay again. PS - I never complete reviews - but this place definitely deserves it!

It has clearly been recently refurbished. The room was far better than the class of hotel implies - excellent in-room facilities and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and efficient, and Farnham is a beautiful small town.
