The process was so easy. The property was incredibly clean. There were so many beds and everyone managed to sleep comfortably, which is a win anywhere! I am so highly impressed.

Eight lifelong friends traveled to Nashville to celebrate the 70th birthday of several ladies. What fabulous accommodations…we rented both sides of the condo so most of us had our own room. Awesome towels and well stocked kitchen. Appreciated having paper goods already there for sure. Easy to use Uber and Instacart from this location. Location is bit of a changing neighborhood but convenient to downtown. We would definitely stay again

This property was phenomenal. Very clean. Great amenities. Plenty of room. The host was extremely helpful as well. And the house is only a 5min uber to Broadway. Would love to stay here again some time.

The accommodations were great , plenty of room, wish there was a mixing bowl or two provided and the backyard was overgrown. The kids couldn't play in the yard due to the tall grass! Did feel safe in the area, great views from the balconies!

We rented out both sides of the Duplex. Nice and clean. Great view of Downtown Skyline on 3rd floor Deck. We would recommend this listing. Property manager answers back promptly with any questions we had. Not far from downtown. We had a great experience celebrating our sons birthday!!

This property was nice. The only thing we wish it had was a door connecting them from inside the two homes. If we wanted to go visit with the people in the other house, we had to go outside and around to the other door. The area is up and coming. Lots of construction around it. It was very close to the city and highway. We enjoyed our stay and loved the view from the top decks!

House was nice and easy to get to from both Downtown and Music Row. Had some towels and such from the cleaners not picked up, but not an issue, house was clean. Sleeps 20 with the couches, trundle beds and a couple shared beds. We had 12 single adults and had easily enough space without sleeping on couches. Thanks for the place!

Perfect for our group of 10! Every couple got their own private bedroom with a queen bed & ensuite, which was exactly what we were looking for! The units are decorated so cute and plenty of space. The hosts were fast to respond when we needed propane for the grills, however the evening rain prevented a cookout after all. Location is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. Coffee shop across the street is great. We all had a great time in Music City!! :)

10 minutes from broadway!!! We had a super great experience here. To sum up the place - well decorated, plenty of entertainment, new and modern. Well worth the money spent, and next time we are in Nashville we will be looking for this same unit. Aaron and Sarah are professionals and accommodating. Everything about the process was straightforward and easy going, highly recommend.

Has so much potential
The day we arrived had an a/c problem and owner was quick and responsive and got the issue taken care of but after that we noticed more and more issues like lights out everywhere, door knobs coming off, cracks in ceiling, dishwasher leaking etc. Reached out with our disappointment on the numerous issues and never heard back from owner again after several messages. The bones of the house are good but the maintenance is lacking. A few issues here and there are understandable but not having working lights at both front doors and so on is frustrating and getting no replies just adds to frustration.

Great stay for large group
We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was very responsive and everything was smooth. We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids and this was a great spot for us.

Satisfactory
Good location and great view from the top deck. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well for our purposes. You can tell the house is very cheap. There was a leaking ceiling in unit A which was there when we arrived and never dealt with. Light bulbs needed to be replaced. The property manager was easy to communicate with and address some of the problems. I would recommend practicing the locks on the doors prior to leaving, especially if a Lyft/Uber is waiting On you. They are very finicky due to the wear and tear from the constant turnover. Overall the property met expectations and was worth the price

Did not meet our expectations
This place looks good in photos but the seating is not very comfortable. Dirty light fixtures and just a thin sheet on beds. No mattress protectors or pads. Not enough bath towels for large group. People had to share. Dish washer broken and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. We did have a broken toaster and they sent a new one and replaced several lightbulbs that didn’t work. They did provide a few doughnuts as a sorry for telling is less than 24 hours to trip that we could not get in early As previously discussed. We have stayed in several Vrbo s and this one just didn’t take care of details. It’s fine if you need a place to crash and not spend much time at.

Great place to stay with large group of people. We all had our own room with private bathrooms. Easy to get to downtown. We would stay here again.

Great for a group!
Great property for our large group! Check in was easy and they were accommodating of an early check in and late check out. The rooms are very spacious and tons of closet space to store your luggage. The bathrooms are large as well and it’s very convenient to have a full bathroom for every bedroom. There’s food down the street and Ubers to Broadway were short rides.

Great stay in Nashville!
This rental was the perfect fit for our stay of twelve. With plenty of room in each townhouse, we were able to split up into two groups and still be close enough to spend our time together. The homes were updated and had everything we needed. Location was convenient - just a short trip to the downtown action but far enough to provide a relaxing place to wind down. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for a large group.
Property manager was pretty responsive at first, but when we were asking about checking in a little early they never followed through and got back to us when we messaged. Besides that it was a great place for a large group. We had 11 people and there was plenty of space. Location was ok, but easy to get to Broadway. Not much around there except a cool coffee shop.

Would definitely come back!
We had a great time staying at this property! We needed a large space that could accommodate 20 people without having to cram everyone into a few rooms. The bedroom to bathroom ratio was also amazing so that we could get ready quickly and all at the same time. I have stayed in Nashville 10+ times on trips like this recently and this has been one of my favorite spots. Thank you!

These houses were perfect!! They had everything we needed in the house, the decor and home Itself was so inviting. Very clean! Definitely recommend to any group! Super close to downtown & really good restaurants all around!! 10/10

Excellent location on the north side of Nashville
Our group had plenty of space. The location benefitted our groups needs and it was well-maintained. Working with Blake during the entire process was also an excellent experience.
