Great location overlooking the water. We fished right off the bulkhead. Owner had some rod/reels to use. Numerous chairs/loungers for our comfort.
Only issue, is the disposal needs repairing…

We had a great time at this property. Just as beatiful as the pictures. Caught alot of fish right out the backdoor! Plenty of room for entertaining and just hanging out. Close to stores restaurants, and other fishing spots. Would definitely recommend this house for a great vacation. This will be on our list for future vacations. ❤️❤️❤️

Was a lovely property with a beautiful setting along the Atlantic!! We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning with are coffee and in the evenings watching all the boats roll in. Very clean and organized. If I could say something negative it would only be that I thought there should have been a cooler for people to take to the beach and maybe some more beach chairs, glad you had towels there for us!! When you fly in as opposed to driving it’s hard to pack things for they beach. Thanks for a wonderful time😁

The property was gorgeous!! We pulled in and from the outside it looks so small and we thought it was not gonna be what we thought - opened the doors to a gorgeous well decorated and stocked home - but then just walk out the back doors and you will realize you are in paradise!!!! Everything was close by!!! We enjoyed the days we spent at the Cabana Club as well!!! Perfect home for a perfect vacation!!!

If this is the area you're looking to vacation, then this is the place! Lot's of space, and every detail has been attended to. We ended up here because Hurricane Ian destroyed our condo on Sanibel Island. So, it was with heavy hearts that we ventured to the Keys, and, although it was different, it was fantastic!
The house is beautiful and clean. Open floorplan with lots of space. It has a well equipped kitchen with lots of counter space, and nothing is lacking as far as food prep gear and serving pieces go. Comfortable beds, and each of us had our own bathroom/shower, which is a plus. The 4th bedroom is smaller, and has no closet, but still very nice.
We were surprised at how large the yard is, and there is a lot of outdoor seating ... and a beautiful view of the boats coming and going through the channel.
The one "surprise" was the Caba Club. First, let me say that it was a great place. We went every day!!! Large pool and a beach and great food and drinks. The surprise was that it is a couple of miles from the house, so you have to drive or bike there ... but well worth the trip!
Stephanie was very quick to respond to any/all questions before our trip, and I'm happy to say that we did not need to contact her at all during our week as everything was perfect! I definitely recommend this place and we will definitely go back again some day.

Jessica was great at communicating with me. The house was exactly as described. The house is close to grocery stores and close enough to drive to key west for the day. This property was the most affordable one I found for our dates and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean with fantastic views. The location was great for boating, with easy access right on the Atlantic, and a bait shop around the corner. Our kids spent every evening fishing off the dock catching lots of fish. We would definitely stay again!

Spectacular view
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect to get to everything we wanted to do, or to just sit back and fish off the beautiful dock. The spacious accommodations were spectacular and so was the view. We highly recommend this house to everyone!!! Thank you for sharing this house with us. We will be back!!!

Beautiful Family Vacation Spot
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The home was very clean with lots of updates and well appointed. There we everything we needed in the kitchen which was large and spacious with plenty of room for multiple people to work. All the appliances were very nice. The view of the water is amazing from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. And we could have sat outside all day, every day. We also caught quite a few fish at the house. Jessica was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Home was very well maintained and had to end appliances and cook wear. Location was perfect with excellent access and water views. Definitely one of the best VRBO homes we rented over many years

This place is AMAZING
I traveled with my husband and friends to Florida from AZ and from the minute we walked in and were welcomed by the beautiful home and it's decor and view, we knew we'd enjoy our stay. The house is even better in person and the location and view is something you have got to experience! The home has everything you need to cook meals including some spices! It was very clean and cozy. Book this one and you won't be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!

Cousins week
The home was truly gorgeous! Aside from the 4th bedroom being very small, everything was amazing! It is a very spacious home in every other way. The view is worth the entire cost!! Location is perfect. Can’t say enough good things about our experience!

This property was amazing. We went on a family trip for fall break. The views are like a post card. Fun to fish with the kids. We’ll stocked kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out.

Perfect Paradise Property!
This property was awesome! After having (2) really bad experiences in the last few months with another major supplier, we were a little nervous, but this place was everything it was advertised to be and more! Perfect location, beautiful views, close to all kinds of good restaurants, reefs and fishing spots. Plenty of room for all our boats, plenty of towels, everything was in working order, and plenty of space for the entire pack of family and friends. The back yard was awesome! They had one hammock already up, and we brought several more for plenty of relaxation. Plenty of backyard furniture for everyone - the fish cleaning station and outside shower were such a convenience. LOVED THIS PLACE!

Family vacation
This is by far the one of the very best VBROs we have ever rented. The location was perfect, the home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It area was quiet and there was lots of wildlife. We saw manatee and nurse sharks right off the back dock…and tons of tarpon. We try to come to Marathon once a year and we will definitely be coming back to this place.

Great place, well equiped and in perfect condition.
Excellent property, clean, beautiful and great views. Highly recommend and hope to return. Only issue was previous renters never set out a weeks worth of trash for garage guys.

Loved Oceanside Oasis
Great property with a great view and right on the ocean! We fished right from the property and caught some fish. Neighbors caught a nurse shark. Only issue was we had some issues with the A/C but Jessica was very prompt with getting someone there to repair it. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Thanksgiving family getaway
The property is exactly what the pictures show - a beautiful, large, modern home right on the water. The neighborhood is quiet and right off the Overseas Highway for quick access to the rest of the Keys. Check in was simple and didn't require having to meet anyone in person. Communication was quick and useful. Would absolutely stay here again when heading back to the Keys!

Vacation 2020
I can not express the how thrilled my family and I were when we entered this property. The pictures on the site were amazing but being a first time renter through VRBO I have to admit I was a bit skeptical on what we were going to arrive to. I can honestly say it met every expectation. Due to the current COVID situation we wanted a location that would be comfortable for 9 of us to be able to just relax at the home. This property absolutely did that for us. The view and access to the water were priceless and we felt that we never had to leave, other than for groceries. The home offered a beautiful well supplied kitchens to cook our family dinners and the dining room table was perfect and allowed for great conversations and laughs. The open concept truly allowed for all of us to enjoy being together.
Jessica Borraccino was our agent and was very responsive to my question and concerns regarding the property and COVID. We loved the property so much that we had inquired about potentially renting it during the holidays. I would love to be able to work with her again.
I would like the owners to also know that our family truly appreciated spending time at their home and made wonderful memories doing so. We look forward to hopefully returning back at some point.

Beautiful Get Away
My family had an awesome time fishing from the waterfront of this beautiful house. We saw tarpon, barracuda, mangrove snapper, lobster, sharks, angel fish just to name a few. The property was just as described. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfection on the water!
We couldn’t have loved this house more. It’s been beautifully updated with a tasteful decor and appliances that are top notch. The place is clean and spacious, perfect kitchen and dining room for cooking and entertaining. The view is amazing , you can lay in the hammock and watch the boats go by all day. Easy access to the main water channel via boat. It was a great stay and we will most define back!
