L'appartamento era grande e ben strutturato: due camere e due bagni.

La pulizia potrebbe essere più accurata. L'aria condizionata (modalità caldo) di difficile controllo col telecomando. Alla fine abbiamo desistito con quella del saloncino. Sarebbe utile la presenza di un cartello alla porta di ingresso. Col buio trovarlo è stato un po' complicato.

The light at the vanity area in the bathroom is automatic so when someone showers, there is a scary feeling going around because the light just suddenly turns off.

location and initial reception checkin in 1.5 km apart.. ideally should not be any need to go at reception centre back ally.. also really small unit.. but may be Japanese way to have small houses

This property was the perfect place for our family’s extended wknd getaway! Loved the Japanese style home, immaculately clean with quality products to help with your stay. We drove so needed parking and found the best lot “around the corner” for I believe 900-1000 Y per night. I say that because it’s a walking alley to the property so you can’t drive up. Also there’s a very convenient mini mart around the corner walking distance too. Not to mention the beautiful Toji Temple essentially across the street. Loved everything about it and would recommend!

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like this but there was a disconnect between the check in email we received and the stay manual we had emailed to us. The manual said upon check in someone would be waiting at the property to check us in; (however there wasn’t) which would have been helpful because it was a bit challenging to find as we drove and you can’t drive up to the property so we had to guess where to drive up to and walk around to find. So when we found the property and realized no one was there to to check us in I had to go back to the manual and search for door opening instructions. We’re not familiar with the sliding door on the property either so it took a minute to find the keyhole (which was beneath a cap on the top of the handle) and then realize there were actually 2 key holes both underneath these caps you remove on top and bottom of handle. From what I can remember these details weren’t in either email or manual. Also bear in mind that the power key pad by the tub (& also in the kitchen) controls ALL the hot water in the house. It was off and I had to turn it on to have hot water in the kitchen sink. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and now after our learning curve would stay again and hope it helps the next occupants!
