Все было на отметку хорошо! Отель немного уже требует ремонта, но все чисто, персонал следит за этим хорошо! Персонал отеля отзывчивый, все наши просьбы были услышаны и выполнены, просили ранний заезд и поздний выезд, документы за проживания на компанию. В номере есть все необходимое, и в ванной комнате и в самом номере. Кровати постельное белье матрац все отлично. Удобное расположение недалеко от жд.станции и метро. Завтрак на 26 этаже с отличным видом. Сам завтрак на отлично. В 20 минутах ходьбы от красивейшего озера Си Ху, и торгово-туристической улицы.

I loved the fact that they had gaming options in the reception area. It was a unique and fun touch to the regular facilities in a hotel. I loved the tresseme soap, shampoo and hand wash. It smells so good and rich. Absolutely loved it.

Everything was good.

Great service, comfy room, the breakfast was a great experience since it happen in the highest floor and was of good quality, as well as it has a good location to get to everywhere, hence I will totally repeat when I come back.

In the room there was a subtle noise coming from the air system.

I like the hotel included breakfast in the price we paid. The other good thing is it's right next to the metro line and Hangzhou railway station which is convenient for us to get a train to our next city destination. However, as this is the oldest train station and thus there aren't many trains to choose from but we're still happy with it being so close to our hotel, not having to carry our luggage needing to travel through metro which could be a bit of a hassle. We know it doesn't cost much to take taxi to the other two railway stations which are a lot bigger and modern and with more train schedules to choose from. However, we have experienced slightly more costly taxi fare here in Hangzhou than other cities we'd been such as Nanjing and Suzhou. We're heard taxi fare in Hangzhou can be a hit and miss kind of thing. So, it is still a given to have stayed near the railway station.

The hotel is far from Westlake or the bustling shopping and eatery place near Westlake which is about 20-30mins walk. The hotel needs some touch up on the walls in the room and some chipped furniture corner.

フロントの人が英語ができたので、手続きなどがスムーズだった。 朝ご飯も眺めのいいレストランで、内容も充実していた。麺コーナーもあった。 部屋の作りがかわいかった。

どうしても必要なわけではなかったが、部屋の中に置かれていた服の除菌機？みたいなのの使い方がわからなかった。 壊れていたのかもしれない？

The location of the property is perfect, where it is close to everything. I especially like the optional tour guide service provided by the hotel. Hangzhou is a culture rich city and the attractions are scattered across different parts of the city. It is very time consuming to travel around for a family with seniors and juniors. The driver and tour guide, Mr Quan, customised the route for us and patiently took us around. We got the chance to efficiently visit lots of great places that were not commonly known in Xiaohongshu. With Mr Quan’s help,our trip to Hangzhou went more remarkable. The price of the tour guide service was reasonable and the car used was nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you!
