amazing light filled space. has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
the beds were a little too soft and the sheets and pillows were of poor quality. needs a fitted sheet on the bed and pillow cases that fit the pillows.

Lots of space. In great condition & exactly how it looks in the photos. Lovely quiet area but only a few mins walk from town.
Could do with black out blinds/curtains in the main bedroom, was very light in the morning.

Very spacious apartment overlooking St. Andrews‘s lawn bowling green from the second floor. Two separate bed- and bathrooms, comfortable and well equipped lounge that comes with a kitchen. All fully furbished. Wifi available, worked flawlessly. Very quite at night. The apartment is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the town‘s attractions and shopping district. All in all a five star experience.

once we had explored the vicinity, we realised that we were close to town and the beach.
it was a walk up apartment and we were on the 3rd floor. we had to lug our heavy suitcases up

Large apartment with comfy beds. Nice bathrooms. Well kitted out kitchen. Close to centre of St Andrew’s.
Would have been good if there was a lift as it is up on 3rd floor so a little tricky with an elderly relative.

The apartment was in a quiet location within a short walking distance to the centre. Perfect!

Cleaning of floor had not been hoovered prior to entry, sofas had not been cleaned underneath for considerable time. There are crumbs on the drawers in the kitchen.

Property was situated within walking distance of St Andrews centre. It was in a quiet location overlooking the local bowling club. Car parking for 1 car on site

This was like the perfect holiday home modern light and airy with lovely views and super location
We were only able to come here because of a funeral maybe normally out of our price range

Beds were super comfy, showers excellent and the size of the tv with full sky including sport was amazing especially as we are grandprix junkies.
Only very minor points
Oven gloves would have been nice. I did a roast on the sunday and the little silicon thing didn't really do the job.
Also being notified of what parking space to use, we parked in space 9 as it was flat 9 but were told off by a resident who was allocated that space.
I would have got rid of our rubbish/recycling but the bin place was padlocked and we didn't have the code.

Had a fabulous two day break. The apartment was very spacious and modern. Beautifully presented and beds were extremely comfortable. Balcony with view over bowling club. On 2nd floor - no lift. I will definitely re-book.
