La chambre se trouve a priximité de la plage et pas tres loin du centre. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Tout etait tres bien. Accueil exceptionnel et dejeuner au top. Sara, est vraiment tres attentionnée.

- Vita - great care from here. Very helpful and understanding...we overslept today and she didn't had any problem with that. She gives us a pack with breakfast because we were running late!

The property is very well located, just walking distance from the central streets of San Vito Lo Capo and few indeed meters from the beaches.
Rooms are clean and equipped with all you need for a couple of days at the beach.

The location was very close to the seaside and with a nice view as it is located on an uphill.
The stairs are quite a lot if you do not stay in a room in the ground floor.

Vita very friendly and hard working & very kindly had the room nice and cool for us when we arrived. Lovely breakfast and comfortable room with a beautiful view from the front.

The girl working at the hotel is amiable, helpful, and has a lot of tips for your trip. The food for breakfast was fresh from the bakery every morning :)

Great location near the beach, very friendly and helpful staff (Vita), clean, comfortable, nice breakfast included.
No parking included. The loo didn‘t flash properly.

Everything was quite new, modern and clean. Location wise we were 5 min walk from the beach and 8 min from all the restaurants and high street.
The breakfast outside on the terrace was the highlight of our day, with all sorts of fresh pastries, panini, pizza and other local products. We even got the chance to take some for our lunch – yummy!
Vita, who runs the place, was the best host! Always friendly and helpful, gave us lots of tips on things to see, where to eat, where to rent moped and much more. She works tirelessly and is amazing!
Our room was a bit small, but I think it would have been perfect for a shorter stay (we stayed for a week so needed to spread out a bit more)

The Lady was very nice and helpful. We could hang up our laundry on the premises.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Parking our car was a bit difficult as there was not enough space

Great hotel. In San Vito el Capo we felt the true spirit and taste of Sicily! Hotel close to the beach, very responsive service, delicious breakfast.
Very hot (July/August) during breakfast on the terrace, could use something more shady.
