L'appartamento si trova nel cuore di Sestriere, importante centro sciistico delle Montagne Olimpiche 2006, in condominio signorile fronte piste e al campo da glof più alto d'Europa. L'appartamento è ben equipaggiato. E' composto da un ingresso sulla sala, una comoda zona pranzo, un salotto con comodo divano letto , un cucinino ben attrezzato e totalmente rinnovato quest'anno con tutti gli elettrodomestici, 3 camere da letto , una matrimoniale, una con 1 letto a castello, un'altra con letto a castello ed un letto singolo. Vi sono 3 comodi bagni. Un bagno ha la vasca, ed un altro la doccia. Il terzo bagno è un bagno di servizio completo. La vista dal soggiorno è direttamente sulle piste da sci. L'appartamento dispone di un posto auto coperto ed un ricovero per gli sci. La distanza dall'appartamento alle piste è di soli 100 metri. La metratura permette un soggiorno comodo per 6 persone ma utilizzando il divano letto anche 7(con piccolo supplemento)

Great location for the slopes, 5 mins walk and you’re on the slopes. Supermarket About 10 mins walk, plenty cafes and restaurants nearby. Boy racers pretty active especially on Saturday night…
But still we’d love to stay again!

Very spacious apartment, centrally located. Very short walk to the slopes. Communication with the owners was great, big thank you for giving us access early. Would definitely recommend.

Large, well-equipped apartment that is close to the slopes and the shops. Check in process was easy and friendly. Only downside was the internet speed was terrible.

Great property in a good location. Furniture and decor rustic but with everything needed for a ski holiday. Small seating area could be a problem with a larger group of adults. Emanuela was very helpful with any questions

Super location and great property. We were a family of two adults, three children under 10 and also my parents. Location was ideal, very near ski school. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Apartment is older but with ample space, and the building is very well maintained. The owner was excellent to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend sestriere and this property.

Perfect spot overlooking the pistes, apartment is on the 6th floor but small lift / stairs with easy access. Equipment can be stored in garage room on 1st floor and then an easy 30 metres walk across the road and you are on the Blue run down to the main lifts. Local shops including equipment hire/bars/restaurants/mini market etc are a very short walk away (2 mins). Other restaurants/shops in the main square (5/10mins) and therefore the apartment could not be better placed. Communication with the owner was very easy (email and WhatsApp) with an almost instant response time.
There were 8 of us sharing the apartment and therefore it was crowded in the communal areas but bedrooms/bathrooms have plenty of room. Kitchen is a small galley type but has everything you require but only really room for one person (two at a push). Would happily recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from Emanuelas apartment and it was great. The location was ideal and as a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids under 6) it was ideal. Small kitchen but served its purpose. She let us arrive early and leave a little later as end of season. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a lovely stay in Sestriere. There was plenty of room for 6 adults in the apartment, and the facilities in the apartment were great. The apartment looks directly onto the slopes. Very easy to get to the slopes, with an easy blue slope across the road leading directly to the lifts. Communication with the owner was also very good. Highly recommended.
