I couldn’t see the beach from my room

Privacy, very comfortable beds.
The advertisement was a little misleading because there was only shampoo and conditioner for one person to use once. Also only 3 washcloths for two people to use for 3 nights. I don’t mind reusing a towel but I like a clean washcloth for each day.

Location, pool, ground floor with great access to pool and the parking lot
According to description of room on booking.com we thought we were getting a separate room for bedroom with a sitting area. Instead it was a hotel room. When mentioned Vacasa said oh they just use random pics/descriptions!!

If could two bedroom inthe with stove and refrigerator but I couldn't get that.

The property was well kept. The resort as well as the amenities were great.
The staff to call with questions sometimes did not understand what was being asked, which could be frustrating at times. There was no where to wash laundry. Also, when we booked on booking.com, the pictures were misleading as to which room we were booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at THE TOPS'L SUMMIT IV. Everything was wonderful. From the reservation process to entering the premises, our accommodations were top notch. We will definitely return for a longer visit.
We were able to hear the family next door. But it wasn't unbearable.

TopsL is great resort and tennis center. Joe and the tennis staff are amazing with daily lessons. Beach is right next to a preserve so can walk a long ways before seeing people! The problem is that you are a good distance from the beach at this unit. There are golf cart pick ups, though for people that need a ride. Advertising and stating that it’s ocean front is a lie. You can barely see it from a side balcony. It’s quite a walk.
It I was not ocean front as advertised.
It has not been renovated since built.
It Showed pictures of a full kitchen, and all it had was a mini fridge and a very old coffee maker. That leaked when you used it all over the place.

Did not have a hair dryer, had to buy one. Bed not comfortable. Closet sliding doors rusted hard to move. Needs updating.

Cleanliness throughout condo and whole resort. Easy walk to beach. Shuffle board and mini golf fun. Booking reservations went smoothly.
Noise from condos next door. Poor sound proofing.

The whole resort was beautiful. All the staff was welcoming and helpful. Everyone was super friendly all the time. Very clean facility, lots of different pool options and beach access.
Rooms aren’t very sound proof we heard everything going on in the halls and adjoining rooms.

The lifht on the microwave window didn't work so.tou had to guess if you had the right amount of time to heat things up
