We had five adult men over 60 staying at the property. We each had our own bedroom and were very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances, and the house is remodeled beautifully. The location is close to downtown and Riverwalk, but a little far to walk for us older guys. Even so it was a short, inexpensive Uber ride to get to Riverwalk, and there are lots of restaurants and a nice sports bar within walking distance from the house. Our only issue was that the gas grill was in poor shape and after trying to cook burgers on it, we opted to cook indoors on the beautiful gas stove. Overall a great property and we would stay there again.

We were exhibitors at the Texas Bandmaster Conference at the convention center. The property was perfectly located for our event. The house was spacious and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property management were very pleasant and responsive. We plan to reserve for 2024 TMEA conference in February.

As others have said, this is a gem of a property! It worked amazingly for our family. Our daughter, son-in-law and toddler stayed in the bonus cottage and it worked perfectly for them. They would come and hang out with the rest of us in the main house. The communication was top notch! We had a couple of small issues and they were dealt with immediately! Loved having the TV's in the bedrooms, and the kitchen worked great for our needs-- we had many meals and fun in the house!

We stayed here with a group of six for our daughter's graduation over the weekend from Trinity University. We got a lot for our money. Main house has three bedrooms and two baths, including one en-suite. Back house, which comes with the deal, has two bedrooms and one bath. Modern updates throughout, including the main house kitchen, which has the equipment necessary for preparing basic meals. Big bedrooms with lots of closet space. Very clean. We had heavy rains over the weekend, and a small amount of rainwater did seep onto the backhouse floor underneath one of the exterior walls, but it was almost indiscernible. Room for three vehicles beneath the driveway carport. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance in the Southtown neighborhood, one of San Antonio's numerous interesting transitional neighborhoods. Five or six minutes driving and 20 minutes walking to a nice hub of Southtown restaurants and bars and shops on a spur of the San Antonio Riverwalk. One or two minutes driving to I-37/281 and connection to I-35. We'd definitely stay here again.

This house is very nice inside, very clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, good showers, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked. The only negative about this home is that it's on a very busy street, which makes for a lot of road noise, especially in the main bedroom, which is 30 feet from the road (the road is the only neighborhood feeder to the interstate). If you are a light sleeper, they do provide a white noise machine, but it wasn't enough for us, unfortunately.

We LOVED the house! It was perfect for our family wedding in downtown SAT. We had 8 people. The young folks stayed in the connecting house. The more mature folks stayed in the big house. The bedrooms were all very comfy. It was decorated just lovely and we loved the set up with the large table. We all would get together and visit and it was just perfect. The house was immaculately clean. Also very well stocked with toiletries, towels, coffee, etc. The location was great and within walking distance to the riverwalk. Highly recommend! 5 stars indeed!

A group of us older couples stayed T the property to visit the area. The home was clean, and convenient to downtown. We would stay again.

The location in Southtown was perfect for being in a neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but only a few blocks walk away from tons of restaurants, Riverwalk, Alamo, etc. And easy access to the highway for trip to and from airport. Great property for our extended family for a wedding in San Antonio. Nice open space og living room, dining room and kitchen, with a big dining table for 8 of us to feast together. Loved it.

The house is beautiful and the back house was great! Plenty of space and it was super clean. Cleaner than hotels! I never walk around barefoot because the floors don't seem clean anywhere but these floors were spotless. The house smelled fresh and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We had 8 adults and stayed 3 nights. Highly, highly recommend!

Booking was easy. Within in minutes of required I had a response. Listing was accurate and the house and back house accommodated our family with plenty of space and conveniences- gas grill, full kitchen in main house and spacious dining room space. The location was convenient to downtown, River walk and surrounding locations.

Great location , beside the street was busy. Beatiful,clean, and inside updated home supplied with all amenities you need.

5 couples the house accommodated us perfectly. Could walk to the “main” area of river walk it was about a mile and a half. Ubers are around $11 so either way it is a nice location.

This property is just as provided. Spacious for groups, with a separate house in the back if privacy is required. Clean and well organized. There was a slight issue with the internet when we arrived, but the property manager was super responsive and fixed it right away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a group house in San Antonio!

A great location with a 4-7 minute Uber drive to Riverwalk and downtown. Very clean and spacious. Great for our group that came down for a convention but also would be a great place for a family to stay as well! Really enjoyed the property and Gladys was very quick in replying to messages, which was appreciated!

We had such a good time staying here. The house is beautiful and just as pictured. We had plenty of space for everyone and the host was very accommodating. We created some great family memories here!!!

We traveled with 3 other couples for a long weekend getaway to explore San Antonio. The house was spacious and clean. It was walkable to the riverwalk and all the other hot spots were short/ inexpensive Uber rides. The host was very easy to communicate with and accommodated our early check in request so that we didn’t have to carry our bags around town waiting to check in. They provided ear plugs in every room to help with the morning traffic sounds, which I thought was a nice touch. Highly recommend this house!

This is an older home in an older neighborhood. But the house is new on the inside with plenty of modern technology and security. I love to cook so I appreciated the lovely gas stove and new oven. The bedrooms are all roomy and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are also perfect. This place has everything you need - coffee maker and coffee, washer and dryer, irons, and even filtered water. The restaurants on Riverwalk are too far to walk to but they are not very good anyway. Our favorite spot was Howl At The Moon. The worst by far is County Line Restaurant - they should do San Antonio a favor and shut down.

This beautifully, decorated house was perfect for our visit with extended family. The separate back house allowed us to have room for all twelve family members to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The proximity to the Riverwalk, Alamo and many wonderful restaurants saved valuable time and allowed us to enjoy more of the San Antonio attractions.

Loved this house, it was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. Tons of wonderful extra amenities like q tips and bandaids. Everything we could ever need was there, we even cooked dinner one night and did laundry. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend, also easily accessible to all of our destinations.

everything was very enjoyable! enough space for my friends and i some of which have never been to san antonio. the house was so cute and loved the factor of having a back house included. the host was very attentive to us with the only minor issues that we had!
