It is very good accomodation opportunity for budget travelers and hikers. Surroundings near town are beautiful with mountains and nature. Shared bathroom and kitchen worked well for us, we saw other people very few times. In the kitchen there is also a coffee machine which we at first didn’t get to work but we asked about it in the Booking chat and our problem was solved quickly.

I think it is relevant to mention that there is a washing machine but only for guests staying for at least seven days to use once a week.

Vitaly is a really sweet and nice host, always up to help and easy to approach. We stayed in his house for a week and felt very comfortable. We had our own room with a big bed, a fridge, storage space for clothes and our own bathroom on the corridor. The kitchen could be used for boiling water for coffee or grab some cutlery and dishes (due to hygiene reasons no cooking). The house has a nice patio to hang out for breakfast or a wine in the evening. Everything was super clean, towels were offered and changed during the week. Bathroom was fully equipped (shower gel, soap, cottonbutts, hairdryer), always hot water. The location is really close to a busstop that leads to el medano in 12min every half an hour. San isidro bus stop is also not far by foot. Since it's a housing area there's not much around (unless you walk to San isidro centre), so generally car rental is suggested. I would come again 😊

Actually nothing, everything was perfectly fine. Maybe a cattle and cups in the room itself would be nice, but not a must.
