Loved the location

Toilet didn't flush .TV not working. To much noise couldn't have window open. Asked for another room and was rudely told none available.

Fab location, very modern, clean and nice place to stay

Nathan behind the counter was very nice, helped us with recommendations in the area, and was an overall nice guy. The room was clean and fresh. We loved the customisable LED colour strips too.

The only issue we had was minor, and definitely a personal preference. But when we walked in, the room was so hot. It wasn't hot outside either so this was strange to us. There was an extractor fan/vent outside the balcony so we couldn't open the window to cool the room down as this was loud and smelly.

Could not turn of the bathroom light. Skylight to bright in the morning. Bed quite hard. No restaurant, ans sister hotel takeaway/delivery very limited and the app not good.

We were contacted by the hotel asking what time we would arrive. As we were running late, we were given out of hours check-in details. Everything was explained really well, and we found our room with no issues. The room was spotless and perfectly presented. The room includes modern touches such as mood lighting (which I loved) and a large television. The bed was a good size and very comfortable.

The floors were very creaky, which I guess is down to it being an old building. The bathroom door was stiff. The windows are single glazed, so there is a lot of nightlife noise coming from outside. However, this is easily sorted with earplugs!

The receptionist was amazing and very accommodating

Nothing ! If I was being critical there was some sort of generator outside my window which was loud but that can't be helped

everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean and staff very friendly and welcoming. location was perfect for us for the start of the half marathon and late checkout meant we could come back and chill out and shower before our journey home.

there was a little noise from the road earlier in the evening as it’s the high st but no problems overnight.
