The location was great, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was good, not great. Near TCU and good restaurants. Like the bar upstairs.

Breakfast was mediocre at best . Eggs, potatoes/etc were cold even though in hot plate and not only did it not taste good but was concerned about the health perspective of food sitting out cold for long periods

There is a parking fee so I just parked on street for free . perhaps they charge to control students from parking.

The website spoke of a restaurant option on grounds floor for sandwiches and light fare 24/7 but it was closed/ no longer available. So the only option was the sports bar on 6th floor which had fried bar foods. Not what we wanted at all.

The staff (Gina and Trinity) were very welcoming, professional, and polite. The room was clean, just bright enough, responsive temp controls, bathroom clean with nice features. The breakfast staff (Martha, Monica and Guadalupe) presented an outstanding area layout, beautiful food presentation, exceptional cleanliness, and were quietly attentive.
